We were stranded with a punctured tyre last weekend with absolutely no help. Some shops turned us away despite reaching way before their closing time. My tyre was all the way down until nearly scraping the rim but the other shops don't even want to top up some air. Modern car has no extra tyre, repair kit can't patch, the portable inflator in my car can't be used either as the puncture was too big.

One of the shop even close the shutter on us and shooed us away. The puncture was very bad even the petrol station air pump cannot inflate the tyre. We made a few more phone calls and nobody was willing to help. Just when all hope seems lost, Ms Tan from Akina took our case in at 715pm, without any hesitation and waited for us.

Despite arriving after their closing time as we have to drive slowly, the staff were still all smiles and worked very efficiently around the car. Teamwork and dedication in their craft are what set them apart from all the other techinicians. Communication was seamless, place is comfortable, price is very reasonable and service is top notch.

Thank you very much Mr Joe and team for such amazing experience. Akina is by far the best tyre shop I have ever been to.
