The front desk girl did an amazing job, she assisted every customer with patience and give detail explanation to the clients. The waiting line was reasonable as I went at peak hours (12 pm), just need to wait approximately 30 minutes to settle all. But overall the staff gave a good service.

panic saya subhanallah..selepas deposit duit saya..tiada keluaru bank in slip .mesin tergendala..
nampak sticker customer service centre ..cuba call.tapi tak berharap sebab assumed cuti hari raya.. alhamdulillah miss rachell ,,@ customers service receptionist..jawab & tolong settlw within 5minit ..good job cimb

Pergi untuk buat kad baru, sebab kad lama hilang. Musim pandemik ni saya ingatkan akan sesak, tapi alhamdulillah masa pergi waktu petang tu tak sesak sangat. Memang mantap, laju je siap walaupun musim2 covid ni. Terima kasih!

An unsatisfied experience here...with lack of counter open and working tempo is slow...need to wait for a long time to take till your turn.

Half a star not even qualify to rate this cimb branch. Worst customer service ever. I need to wait almost 2 hours to get a queue number lepas isi form. Lepas tu kena tunggu lagi. One staff to assist all kind of request from customers. Only 3 counters out of 7 that available. The management is so out.

poor service. customer need to wait almost 1 hour with not more than 5 customer in the bank. really disappointed. this is the worst cimb branch i ever visit. staff will only let those customer they know get their turns even the customer not a preferred customer and staff know only talk to each other since there is still lot of customer is waiting. cimb bank should look deep into this kind of bad service for better improvement
