Public Bank Kota Bharu

1 went there to help my father(89 yrs old)to get his atm card because he is having a problem to line up whenever he went to the bank to draw his money. The customer's service officer is very friendly and understand our problem. She is so helpful. Before went to this bank, i already went to public bank in wakaf siku, but felt very dissappointed with the customer's service there. We have to wait for near two hours just to hear her saying "tak boleh buat, sebab kalau buat kad tu, nanti orang lain yg guna utk gi shopping.

Very fast. Open account today for my first job. Less than 10 minutes at the table. Other bank the harimau one took me 40 minutes ++ at the table. Same offer letter same IC. Not include the line time 🥲. Today line not bad only 30 minutes waiting.
