It's mostly boutiques plus a grocer and a few eateries. The grocery section is decent, the boutiques are nice and fair price. Eateries include KFC and a mini food court outside. Other stores included.

Love to go here because there are convenient outlets such as Mr Diy, Guardian and KFC. There are wide range of choices for the Malays to buy baju kurung, baju sekolah etc.

Multi selection of baju raya.indoor.so no panas.a lot of parking space.beside petronas and shell.in d same building theres KFC, Guardian and minimarket.

Nice community mall... Got mr diy, guardian, kfc, and mega supermarket.. also house a great selection of ready to wear baju kurung, baju melayu, baju batik etc at first floor... Ample parking space..

Good for shopping quit well known brands in small town like Muar. Food selection is ok. Got one famous KFC cafe on good floor.

Lots of choices for clothes with latest fashion. Plus sizers might have challenges. Don't go at Raya eve, a bit pricey.

There is a " jalan TAR mini". Can get best price if you knw how to bargain. I love it coz it's in the building.
