WakaLily Hostel

Very comfy and the owner are very friendly. Very suitable for Solo travel. There is no restaurant near by, need to travel by car to get local local Malay foods. Unless travel down to the town to have more foods choices. Value for money and very clean. Just the shower water pump pressure are low. You can make coffee or do your own cooking too.

One year later I came back still 5star. But improved Kitchen with stove & hostel is bigger now with both mixed & females dorm & more private rooms looking foward to next visit... Very nice place, clean good value for the money. Close to town. Shops & restaurant near by. Staff very friendly and helpful speaks English. As well few other languages.

Cyclist friendly hostel and the owner is very nice and also a traveler. I send my friend off for cycling trip here before heading back to Kuala Lumpur. Besides, this hostel also a host for warmshower and also got a very big space for bicycle parking on the ground floor.

Came to stay one night, ended up staying for three!

Had a great time at Lily's WakaLily hostel. Lily and her friends, who swing by now and then, make the place feel welcoming and alive like a cosy family home. The whole hostel is super clean and nicely decorated, the rooms have airconditioning, proper blankets to cuddle up in at night, Wi-Fi quality is good in the whole building. Most importantly, the people who run the place are super friendly and genuinely nice people!

I loved WalaLily Hostel!!! It has everything you may need, cheap and comfortable beds, amazing spaces to chill with sofas and tables, good WiFi connection, kitchen if you want to do some cooking, and if you don't feel like walking to the city center (I really enjoyed the walk) you can always take a bus. Another huge point is that they sell anything you may need if you don't feel like going outside: noodles, cookies, coffee and for us europeans...beer!! A place not to miss.
