5 stars, staff here they are professional and helpful to solve my issue, and this is not first time I feel that

昨日卡弄丢了有点难过，今日到了这间银行办卡，服务真的好得不得了也非常迅速，接待微笑还幽默风趣，昨日的难过都消失不见了，我在10号柜台办理的卡，接待人员开朗热情，10星好评！！！

只能说一个字（👍🏻）
多人真的是有原因，因为他们的服务真的不错

Poor time management. If some counter stuck with long transactions or work, it should open another counter to settle more minor to ensure efficiency and customers' satisfaction. But only one customer service counter running at busy hours. Waiting more than hour for four numbers to run.

Poor service. the staff rush you to finish up and leave the counter, not willing to address your questions.. everything ask you to go to the door front to ask other colleague. She was the boss, I m more like her subordinate.

Slow. Very lousy performance for all people. Even there is only 10 customer also need wait up to 1 hour. This is the worst service ever. Period

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED Today 31.7.23 At 11am Counter 9 Did Give Good Service Ask To Print Statement n Help To Do Online Transfer She Did Show Good Service n Sat Rm25 Ringgit To Pay...When I Go To Simpang Ampat Branch Give Me Very Good Respect& Service Charge Me Rm12Ringgit For Statement.... Public Bank Jalan Kulim HQ Hope Take Noted!!!!!
