I will have to complement Miss Nadia for the assistance in opening a joint account during the extended hours. She has been very helpful even after office hours, this is what the rest should at least pick it up from. Good job and excellence Miss Nadia.

The earlier phone conversation with another male officer was rather disappointing, even with 5-10minutes after the office hours was a response with "no, that's too late". Office protocol is one thing, how many out there could have eventually bump out of office hours and, before 4.30pm to visit the bank. The operating hours just make no sense, I hope the branch manager reads my message and reviews what could possibly to improve the "Services hours".

Excellent service! I was there on 12th Aug, Fri, around 10.40 to open a bank acct. The entire process was less than 30mins. The staff were helpful. I was attended within 5 mins. The guy attended to me at the entrance was helpful and offer alternative as I was not able to proceed online. The lady at counter 7 attended to me, very helpful, polite and well spoken. Definitely A very pleasant experience! And not forgetting the customer service guy whom I spoke to 30 mins before the trip, he was polite, well spoken and able to provide clear and important information. Keep up the good job! 👍👍👍

Short waiting time and good customer services.

Slow service, got 6 counter but only 3 open. No Fast Lane for older or OKU. Got many workers around but do not know what they do. A bit dissapointed

Long waiting time with the bad and rude service attitude of the front desk staff (male who worked on 9th May 2022, Monday at the counter 6, between 11 am to 12 pm).
1. Very impatient and No eye contact at the beginning. Asking me for “kad! Kad! Kad!” without specifying which card he needs.
2. As the customer, I need to prompt him on what he needs - he doesn’t know his work well.
3. Attitude changed right after I started asking for his name TWICE yet he refused to reveal it.
