The mall is quite big despite looking average on the outside. Have many customers & buyers go there since many stalls & shops inside. Got basement parking too if its too rainy outside. Some stalls are vacant but still has potential to rise for best mall there.

Good enough for my 2 todds
They have play area for kids, trains, funland, indoor playground. The best indoor playground for kids in trengganu so far. But everything comes with fee of course.

For adults i'm not sure
Lacking in choices for sure but
If you have an emergency needs of something then maybe you can find something here.

The praying room is adequate, clean and have ample space. They provide kain sembahyang too, looks clean but these days you should bring yours.

Toilet is okay.

Nice place and nearby sea... They have lots of carpark under ground and very cheap... That place just like mall at kuala lumpur and there have mini fun fair at level 3
