KPJ Puteri Specialist Hospital

My son was being admitted to this hospital and we had a pleasant stay.
Dr Tham was great n helpful! Nurse were all friendly and the facilities were all good. Paeds ward was clean and overall Im satisifed :)

I recently had the opportunity to visit Ward KPJ Puteri Hospital and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience.

From the moment I walked in at the lobby, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere with decoration. The staff at the hospital were all very friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease and comfortable.

Doctor Lee Kim Tiong very good service, kindness, friendly & polite nurses also especially miss Zilah & miss Mimi. The nurses always smile & very welcoming

I would like to appraise your hospital excellence in treating the patients and overall skill.Having been treated by wonderful Dr.Selvi and Dr.Rahmat who was very humble and caring explaining the procedures that was taking place.I wonder how Dr.Selvi is so active and caring not only towards me but to all the patients , this shows that kpj puteri really have the best doctor’s especially these two I have stated above.The ER nurses and Ward Nurses was very pleasant

I have been to Puteri Specialist many times as the Doctors there a very talented and good at their diagnosis.
I observed that the benches next to Dr Guna's clinic is insufficient as many patients had to wait standing as no benches available next to his clinic some had to sit far while waiting for their turn and this is not conducive for elderly and sick patents.I had highlighted the matter to the customer services but no response until I had to do it on my own

Surgeon Dr Razak been so kind. Dr Chan as well. Good treatment was given. Thanks to both 👍

Coming to Puteri KPJ just only for my father MRI 3T ( advanced MRI) even have to paid higher than others private hospital, I feel satisfied with the services. Highly recommended 👍🏼

I was admitted on 13/8/23 via clinic dr rahmat thru A&E. The MO and A&E staff attended me well and very fast. I was refered to clinic Dr Rahmat. He was so kind and very good doctor. Very satisfied with explanation given th Dr and recommended to all. Also not to forget for ward staff at Surgical Ward. Even though some hicups during discharge process they manage to handle it. They were very helpful and serve with full of kindness. ❤🥰

One of the best private hospitals in southern region. Experienced doctors, knowledgeable allied health professionals, caring nurses and helpful staff.

I want to take the time to shout out to Dr Mohd Razali Zakaria (pediatric surgeon) for treating my son for intussusception. Dr. was half day last Friday, but he came back to check on my son and malam pun datang lagi to follow up. Thank you so much Dr. Razali for your amazing and selfless service.

The hospital need major makeover though. Hospital is quite old, some areas of the hospital are broken (flooring), windows really dirty especially the pediatric ward. Took the whole day to settle Prudential insurance (6pm baru dapat balik although doctor said tghari boleh balik). But overall service okay je. Facilities sahaja kena update sikit.

My sincere thanks to Doctor Razali to be so much humble to my immobilised son. He is the humblest doctor I ever seen in my lifetime. Having such a good hearted doctor is a credit to KPJ Puteri Johor.

The new MRI LUMINA it's great experience for me compare to old MRI scanner machine the lay down position not comfortable for me but this LUMINA feel better and please don't play the piano playing music at least can improve in put any artist songs .

I visited Dr Chan Weng Kai regarding some stomach issues. He was very professional and kind. He answered all my questions. Totally recommended. The clinic was also good, professional and friendly staff.

Your experience here will be heavily dependent on which doctor and/or nurse attends to you. Parking is quite limited and have to walk quite far but there is a shuttle from the parking lot to the entrance of the hospital. Take Grab here for maximum convenience.

Prices may be on the high side but you get good experts here.

Dr Lee Kim Tiong is a very caring urologist who attended to my mum and performed a radical nephrectomy successfully. Thanks KPJ 😄

Went for a check up for my ear infection. It was my first time going & everything is well organised. The staff also friendly & guided me with all the process. Most important is I get the best treatment from the specialist.
