Dr Emily has been treating me. I must say she is very good and professional. I really dislike going to the dentist but after been treated by Dr Emily, I will gladly see her. Clear explanations before and during treatment. Hardly experience any pain. Her assistant also so caring. Love it. Will recommend friends.

Pre-treatment
1. Managing my appointment is super convenient. The staff is so friendly
2. I got a call a day before appointment to remind me on my appointment and confirm with me.

During treatment
1. Dentists are very professional (in my case, my dentist was Dr Emily), she definitely knows how make sure the patient feels comfortable throughout the treatment/scaling etc.
2. Dentist doing a very great job in providing me with the adequate knowledge I need to know regarding my oral health, like what is happening, why is that happening, and how do we combat this and that.
3.Dentists are also well equipped with current dental products, very well aware in suggesting patients with vitamins, toothbrushes or any new product.

Post-treatment
1. Dentist do a regular follow-up with patient to ensure everything is okay (in my case, I had a surgery). Dentist are very understanding and sensible with patients care.

Overall, this is the best dental clinic I have ever been, will definitely not go to any others!

Just had my molar 🦷 tooth extracted today. A bit pain but overall process was smooth.

The clinic is clean with modern equipment. Dr Divya is gentle, really took the time to explain procedures & answer all questions I have. They also have another branch in PJ.

Extraction cost RM150 for molar.

Very good service and very friendly Doctor Emily. Having a root canal treatment and crowning here, Doctor is very patient to explain the process one by one to me and teaching me how to take care my teeth.... good experience here, and highly recommended to everyone. Price also reasonable,

I was there for the wisdom tooth minor surgery on last Wednesday (30th March 2022). Before the start of the extraction, Dr. Emily explain to me the procedure and what I will feel during the minor surgery. This gain my confident on her professional and feel no worry during the whole extraction. After the minor surgery done, Dr. Emily explain to me what should do and don't during the recovery of the wound.

Dr. Emily and team are following up with my condition by call and WhatsApp till wound is completely recover before the removal of stiches.

In my whole life I dont like to see dentist especially bad exprience past 2 years when doing my filling. Pain & doctor not friendly enough..With Dr.Emily Lim she is very nice doctor calm me down during my scalling & polishing procedure.After that continue with my filling. She is very nice dentist ever and staff also very nice and friendly..All procedure done not pain at all, vanish all negative feeling when see a dentist😁😁

Dr Jenny is patient and attentively explained my wisdom tooth issues. She explained the risk and procedures to get my mental prepared for what's coming , and suggested the best approach. And surprisingly after 30mins of consultation, it's free! I'm shocked

Great experience with dr emily! The environment, service and stafts are splendid. They provide free dental check ups and consultation. Dr emily explains well at what types of treatments that is deemed necessary to you. To be honest, it's the best dental clinic that I've ever visit. They did follow ups on your treatments and will call a day earlier before your appointment for reminder in case you forget! Definitely recommend Dr emily for those who are afraid of dentist 😉
