DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur

We are extremely pleased with everything staying at Double Tree by Hilton in KL the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the housekeeping department, The room was exceptional clean. The water pressure in the shower room was excellent. The breakfast here was abundant and many dishes were freshly prepared. It was a delight to see many choices of fresh fruits at the breakfast, and the plates were always re-filled when it ran out. The city view from the room was gorgeous and unforgettable. A small downside was the long lineup at the check-in counter. Unfortunately we were late meeting up with friends due to the wait at the lobby. Other than that, everything was top notch. I have to thank you for the very welcome decorations and the small treat in the room for our 40th wedding anniversary. A heartfelt appreciation to the manager and the staffs.

Had team buffet lunch with colleagues at Makan Kitchen. Good food, price is right. Place was packed but service was good. We had paper bags containing gifts for each of 14 attendees, initially placed them on the floor, but the staff proactively brought a stand where we could nicely place the goodie bags. Excellent!

Really enjoyed staying here as the rooms were nice and spacious, and the service was always on point! Situated inside a mall, it was very convenient when we needed to grab a quick bite, something from the pharmacy, or grocery item. The hotel is nearby a metro station and is also an easy grab pick up/drop off location. The individuals that help guide pickup/dropoff traffic outside the hotel were also super helpful and makes sure your grab driver gets to you and you make it to your next destination. Thank you!

Rooms were a good size.
Great amenities - gym, pool, there’s also a sauna and steam room within the gym change roooms (one each in male and female change rooms).
Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice.
The hotel is within a shopping complex which is convenient as there are plenty of dining options, shops, grocery store and pharmacies as well as a cute bookshop cafe.
Unfortunately the prices of most of the dining options in this shopping centre are overpriced as I don’t think this shopping mall only gets traffic from hotel guests.
A comfortable stay close to central KL.

Just checked out from a 2 night stay in this hotel and I am very impressed with the location, the staff,the deco and most important the rooms.

The rooms are spacious which means you don't need to really carry your bags to the other side and could just slide across.

Will definitely recommend this hotel and will 100% stay at this hotel during my next Kuala Lumpur visit!

It's truly a great hotel. Rooms are decent and spacious as a solo traveller or couple. Views from the room are great. The Washroom and Facilities are up to expectations as well.

Being a vegetarian, I would say options are only good, I'd hope for more options as I ended up eating the same veggies for all the days I got to spend. Nevertheless, the options available were tasting okay.

One of the best things is the strategic integration of the hotel and The Intermark mall. The check-in desks were in the middle of the mall on the first floor, and the lobby was just beside. The topmost 34th floor has a rooftop executive lounge with access to a balcony that gives you views of the graceful twin towers.

The staff were polite and extremely friendly and helpful.

Great service in this hotel. The staff and especially the executive lounge and restaurant staff know their job. I can mention “Bella” for being an exceptional great host, however other staff members, of whom I don’t have the names, are surely also worth noting. We have stayed here, left for Cameron Highlands, Penang, and returned for a second stay. Great lounge with a view. Pool is pleasant, gym relatively small for such big hotel however okay.

Located above a shopping mall, the DoubleTree KL is an excellent base for your stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Rooms were clean, Breakfast was great, would definitely stay here again.

The Hilton hotel in Penang was very elegant.
The staff were there from the start to help us with our luggage.
We were even able to leave them on our last day in Kuala Lumpur, just before our departure.

Good location. Room is clean and nice the bed is cozy and comfortable. the most happy part I love the breakfast and cookies offered during check in were by to be honest really delicious the Staff are so friendly helpfull.

i would give 10/10 for the service and hospitality they give.

As usual, a very warm welcome at DoubleTree properties with the iconic cookie! It warms the heart after a travel journey that's for sure.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, and the service staffs were tiptop professional.

Being integrated within the Intermark mall provides a whole lot of convenience. Definitely my new favorite hotel in KL!

They gave us warm cookies during our check in process,which I think really a heart warming gesture. The hotel is in Intermark Mall. Very near to LRT station. The breakfast spread is very nice, has a lot of food variety. The staff is very friendly. The interior is classy yet feels homey. Will come again whenever I am in KL.

Making a telephone booking for a restaurant (Makan Kitchen) in advance was "not simple" (Forgotten call back & time delay - the "Not My Job" Syndrome ?!?!).

The food was Well Presented, Exceptionally Well Cooked in an Excellent Environment.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The delicious breakfast buffet had a large variety spanning over a large area which helps guests choose and dine in their own privacy without having to feel stuffy. The location is pretty convenient and since it's situated in The Intermark mall guests have easy access to many restaurants and shops.
We would definitely consider staying at DoubleTree By Hilton, Kuala Lumpur for our next visit to KL.

Everyone from reception, to meeting room staff, Makan hosts/hostess and chefs and cleaning staff is warm, helpful and friendly. Thank you Neyam for keeping our room spotless! Breakfast spread is great, with yummy kombucha to boot. Lunch features masak lemak, which I like as the hotel stays true to Malaysian delicacies of Malay, Chinese and Indians.

It was a great stay.

Location was above a mall, not a full fledged mall, but good enough.
Rooms were very clean. The sheets were whiter than white.

Lovely hi-tea spread at Makan Kitchen’s pre-festive season. Excellent and friendly service by the management and service crew. We were seated next to a window offering nice city scape views and the beef wellington was truly outstanding.

Been there for company annual dinner yesterday. Im a vegetarian. The service was top tier, they serve each and every dishes in a dedicated plates for me. The food are good and healthy because the taste is not strong.
Visitor can enter parking from gate A, go to level B2. Rm5 per entry. Reasonable parking rate and there are more than enough parking lots.

Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift that you used to park you car.

My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me and very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The front desk manager who assist me, also a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable "Tenang Rasa Hati". 5 star for you.

Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every where i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc.

I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.
