My fav hospital. All doctors, nurses from gynecologist, paediatrician and other dept here are my fav, they always give u their 100% efforts in services and the facilities are also never disappointed. Didnt mind paying a lot to get a great services.

You can be in pain in comfort. The service is always efficient, with friendly and comforting nurses and doctors. There is a porter man that will accompany and bring you to xray places. The menu is always yummy and you can choose your food from the menu one day ahead. Everything is healthy but flavourful. The room is a single room with a sofa bed for someone to accompany you. Since I am covered by insurance, the cost is not under me, but I have to be referred with a referral letter and admitted. Otherwise, it would be quite costly to be treated here.

We had our baby delivered at Prince Court Medical Centre and I was very impressed by the quality of care and service that I received. The doctor and nurses were very professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The facilities were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious and nutritious. My wife felt well taken care of and supported throughout the stay. I would highly recommend Prince Court Medical Centre to anyone looking for a premium family-centric healthcare facility. Thank you for making our delivery a memorable and positive experience!

Beautiful clean and nice hospital that’s on the pricey side. Medical professionals are courteous and nice here. They answer calls and reply emails efficiently too. Even when you’re in the registration, pharmacy, radiology, day care, admissions, physio centre, or specialist clinical waiting areas you can tell they are efficiently working and not slacking in their jobs. (I unfortunately went to all these departments over the recent few months, but it was a pleasant experience)

They also provide all day parking for a fixed price for admissions, and some restaurants offering variety of food. There’s a MyNews mart too.

It is perfect for those who can afford it, to get the best comfortable service and treatment during your difficult times.

Said this hospital has better and latest equipment.
Hospital are very clean.
Nurse are friendly and attentive.
Prices is way cheaper than back home.
With better facility and equipment, its better to seek medical attention here.

Among the best medical center in Malaysia. Great specialists. Not too crowded. Ambient environment. Not that expensive as we thought compared to other private hospitals.

My 3 days admission to respiratory ward in Prince Court. Doctors and nurses are all friendly and professional! Foods are delicious. Environment is comfortable. All of these make me recovered faster!

Just that I used ApplePay for the deposit payment during my admission. During discharge, was told that, if I used physical credit card to pay the deposit, I could get my refund back immediately. Now I will need to wait for my refund by providing my physical card information to them.

Update, I managed to get refund within a week, with a screenshot of my Apple wallet app that show my card number and the Apple Pay card number (Apple Pay transaction will be printed with different card number).

4D3N checked in. Had the best hospitality. The food is super delicious. The view was superb. They served food for both kid and guidance. The safety is their top responsibility. Not everyone can just enter the kids ward. Dr Feizel is always the best Pediatrician. Thanks Dr for treating my son.
Just hoping PCMC can upgrade the toilet.

Great experience at pcmc. The nurse at ward 5B are very cheerful, helpful accomodative making contributes to smooth recovery of myself. The food is great and tasteful. Doctors are highly knowledgeable and the facilities are great. Would be good if we have a park for the patients to bask in the sun soaking the vit D. All are great experience nonetheless.

Accompanied my foreigner traveller friend who've met with an accident in the middle of the night. Bedside manner of Dr. Gurvin & nurse Fiona was exceptional. Thank you for caring & serving with utmost professionalism & love. Friend sustained 14 stitches but was well assured when she left the A&E Dept

Could not have been happier with the facilities, staff and treatment. Outstanding care and commitment, and the cost savings over what I would have paid in US is incredible. Well worth the trip!

On the eve of 30th Ramadan, right after we had finished our last Terawih prayers for this year, we were shocked and shaken by a disturbing news...Our one and only grandchild, Eidlan was having fits and seizures which had lasted for 20 minutes!!😭

Luckily, Dr MamaNgah was at hand to attend to things, but the anxiety and confusion it had caused the whole Family is simply unimaginable...After a brief wait, the ambulance came to ferry Eidlan, accompanied by Amir & Etty to Prince Court, amidst all the dramas for the entire neighborhood to witness!!😱😱

We had planned for a 3 days 2 nights Raya Staycation at a hotel, just as we had done for the two previous Hari Raya...But no matter how we plan, verily Allah is the best Planner..

Therefore, for the next four days, including the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Syawal, we were practically spending our Hari Raya at Prince Court, draped in our baju melayu, sampin and songkok and baju kurung, as how Hari Raya should be!! And all our Raya photoshots were taken here too..

Fortunately, Eidlan was given a clean bill of health, and cleared for discharge on the 3rd Syawal...so, now only our real Raya begins..😍😍❤

We came at 3:00 AM for the delivery of our baby. Staff were very professional and friendly. They prepared everything that my wife needs. Dr. Tan also was very good and professional. Thank you so much for your kindness

I did my surgery in Prince court Hospital.

1. Datuk Yunus was my surgeon to remove my gallbladder because of gallstones. From day one he was like a superhero surgeon you want. He explained everything without making me clueless.
Surgery and recovery phases were quite smooth. His skills are top notch. If you need surgery with a side of good vibes, he's your guy

2. The staff of the hospital are really committed and hard working. Especially the nurses try their best to help the patients

Had an amazing experience on gastrology. Was admitted as an emergency and was amazed by the speed of diagnosis and treatment I received. The staff were all kind and very patient with me. The room was clean and comfortable. Have since travelled home to the UK, where it has taken me 4 days to even see a nurse at the clinic for follow up, wish I had the money to stay in Kuala Lumpur for the further tests I need.

The worst part was the wait in AnE with moving from section to section when in pain and not having time scale for bed. That been said this was less then 3 hours. Would be lucky to see a Doctor in less than 3 hours in the UK. Let alone tests and a treatment plan.

Because of acute gangrenous cholecystitis I had to wave bye bye to my infected gallbladder. Dr. Faisal Jabar was my very experienced and skillful surgeon and he did an awesome job, I am so grateful. So far I had no issues at all and recovered quickly. I am a foreigner, my insurance company Dr Walter ( also highly recommended !) covered everything. All rooms at PCMC are single, the hospital standart is high. Unfortunately my room was opposite the counter, so it was quite loud at night. One of the nurses missed the vein and my hand is still paining a bit after 5 weeks. But these can happen everywhere. Nevertheless, I would choose this hospital again and I do recommend it highly to foreigner which have an insurance.

Arrived here around 11.30pm in a public ambulance after requesting to be sent to to a private hospital (Australian traveller in Malaysia with full comprehensive travel insurance) following a fall in the street which ended up being a fractured 8th rib. The staff from beginning to end could not have been more caring, quick to action and to investigate the injury. After an x-ray didn't confirm the suspected diagnosis I was sent for a CT scan which confirmed the fracture. Staff nurse Fiona kept a close eye on me the entire time and kept the friends with me up to date as they communicated with my insurance company back home. Dr Gurvin - best doctor ever. I was kept informed at every step of the way and he went to great lengths to show me the results of the CT scan and discuss the pain management going forward.

I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough and the staff (especially Dr Gurvin and Staff Nurse Fiona) as well as the lovely ladies in radiology who helped me while I was in agonising pain taking X-rays and CT scans (and helping me move to and from the bed each time).

The hospital matches any other modern and well developed, professional medical facility I have had dealings with anywhere in the world. Thanks to all who took care of me there last night.
