This is my first time ordering flowers from Only Love and overall I had the most pleasant experience as a customer. There was a need to order a condolence wreath for a business contact in Lumut, Perak. I made the order yesterday night and there was some complications. Just when I didn’t expect a reply so late at night, customer service Ms Lilian assisted me through the process to ensure the order was successfully placed. Then earlier today the order was promptly followed up by customer service Ms. Vivien and a major part of the order’s final presentation and delivery was followed through by Ms Fun most attentively. I was updated of the status at all times. The condolence wreath was delivered slightly after noon. Absolutely recommended to everyone looking for honest, efficient and quality service florist!

Grieving from the loss of my mum and can't fly back home for the funeral, I found Only LOVE Florist online. I wanted a specific look for the flower stand for my mum and small bouquets for immediate family members. Beatrice was very helpful and accommodating. She even advised against a helium balloon, instead suggested air filled. The custom text message was incorrect and it was fixed properly. I needed an extra bouquet and it was assembled so quickly.

ONLY LOVE’s website is simple and easy for ordering, the process is just very straightforward. The products are the same as their photos advertised at their website. They also offer points redemption on your next purchased.

The customer service are helpful and responsive with the change of flower availability and sending me pictures before and after delivery (the optional rm5 charges for photo after delivery should waived and included in customer service). And they are courtesy to reply my messages after the shop is closed at 6pm.

I found this Only Love florist from Google and from good reviews i continued to go for the service. I ordered a basic bouquet and upgraded to premium. The website very easy to access and stable, scroll on selection up to payment.
I straight away receive confirmation via whatsapp and email after payment.
Before delivery they send delivery status order and photo of bouquet.
Upon delivery i also received the receiver photo with the flowers.
Very good service and fair price. Beautiful arrangement and workmanship.

Definitely worth the money and definitely a trustworthy merchant for delivering your gifts of your choice to your loved ones even if you’re faraway.

I had one last minute order for same day birthday delivery. I placed order few minutes past 6pm and worried that the shop has closed so I tried to WhatsApp the shop if there is still a chance for them to deliver. Surprisingly they are able to deliver on the day itself but will be delivered by 10pm. That’s fine for me as long it’s still on the same day. They are very responsive and would send photo for confirmation of the flower before as well as after delivery. Turns out the flower basket is beautiful and as per expected from the order.

website interface easy to navigate. online customer service is responsive eventhough i made an enquiry on weekends, but i got responded in less than 5 minutes. from order placement to delivery takes about 3 days time which is speedy.

additional cost for taking pictures of delivery which to me is quite costly about RM5 for few pictures. but since wan to make sure the item delivery without damages i think its better to opt in for that. if the price of pictures can be reduce slightly cheaper would b good for every customer.
