Most recommended place to buy your foods. Really keep SOP strictly. 1 customer only allowed to be in the premises. Order and payment done through machine. Your food will be delivered to you after 15 minutes.

Good place to hang out with family.

Good place to enjoy 3x spicy chicken, McShaker fries, Double cheese burger and variety or coffee selection and dessert to be select on a hot sunny days.

Great! Sometime, they give me small fried chicken althought already request. But overall McDonald never disappoint me. It a must easy bite to buy. But as usual, the drive thru is taking lots of time. So prefer order from the counter or machines.

Hi,I wrote this review because I am happy with your staff who are beautiful and stylish wearing baju melayu & baju kurung, still smiling and happy to complete many orders, congratulations and lucky to have a good and good work team. My husband is waiting for a long order but not angry because all staff there always say sorry, my husband said as long as he bought at any mcdonald's, only here the staff always apologized, when my husband brought food in a paper bag and fell, a staff came to help re-sort the food in the paper bag and check again my order even then the staff had to serve many customers.See u again guys ❤❤❤ Thank you for excellent service!!

The drive-tru staffs are extremely efficient nowadays to cater for car lines that sometimes can be as long as half km... they're very good at promoting items too, so much that I found myself buying extras ☺. Kudos to them....

This MCD is drive through service is always having long queue and each queue taking quite awhile to move. I personally don't think their service is slow, maybe almost each cars ordered large amount.

Went there for the first time (drive thru). The service was fast eventhough lots of cars lining up. All of the orders were correct, except for apple pie. I ordered mix n match chicken with apple pie, but had been given corn pie 😅 it's ok. Just accepted it as we already reached home at that time. I also requested for salt and pepper as we ordered cheeseburgers, but none was been given in the paperbag. Cempedak McFlurry was very3 tastyyy.. love it so much. Everyday is always long queue. So you need to be patient to enjoy McD here. Overall, good service, just need to improve better. Thank you team McD WCY.

Best service. You don't have to queue that long until you get your order because they have self service machine! Very technology friendly. But worry not if you are not a tech person, you can order by manual. There's always people at the counter to serve you

Delicious as usual..nice service but just a little bit difficult to get parking..

Really nice and friendly staff! One of the staff apologized for delivering the order 3 minutes late, and then he came afterwards to ask if everything (the food, services, etc) was okay. The service is also fast. Would definitely come here again and again and again! Good job Mc'D Wakaf Che Yeh 👍🏻

Update:
Since the upgrade, this place is best for both dine-in and drivethrough. Again with two microphone box allowing for faster drivethrough. This McD is up-to-date and big, full of room for dine-in customer and they even has playground inside it. Parking should be pretty small for such place so expect to park outside.

Found out they've upgraded the place. Much comfier now.

McD has upgraded their service .cara nk order dah lain dri yg dulu ,easier than before. You can choose the payment method either cash or card. There's also has McCafe. Org kelantan dh tak payah nk pegi McD dkt pc semata² nk McCafe. Overall , excellent service and faster than before. 🙂

Fast drive thru service, but quite slow for over the counter service (probably need to catch up with drive thru orders). Nice staffs, clean despite always got so many customers

I had my daughter's birthday there last year and i liked the experience.. friendly staff and good service.
I also like to dine there from time to time
