Just moved to KB and looking for new fridge. Once I saw Samsung bespoke fridge it caught my eyeball because all the while I thought fridge only black or silver color, it make me dilemma which color I should choose. I wish I can own all the fridge color sadly I can only have one. End up I choose the white navy color because my husband prefer blue compare to pink.

Love the staff attitude of Harvey Norman especially Samsung promoter. He patiently answer every question and help me find the fridge that suit me the most. One day you'll be entertained by a good staff, another day you'll get staff from HELL. Pro in making customer's life miserable. WORST customer service. Don't order anything if they need to order from HQ but refuse for delivery.

My sis bought philips iron RM 1799. Upon purchased they refused to unboxing for double check. You know what my sis got when she open the box at home? So called “brand new” iron with “baiki” tag on it. So they sold refurnished item to my sis. I dont know if this is purposely or mistakenly because the staff there refused to unbox. Brought the iron back to premised and replace with a new one (i hope) but now the staff bolehhh pulak open the box for double check!!

Harvey Norman Malaysia extended warranty is so very troublesome, maybe useless. You dont have technician available in the area that is your problem. I bought the extended waranty frm you and now i have to deal with vendor by myself?? This is very very nonsense!!

Don't buy from Harvey Norman. I paid Extra Warranty for my Fitbit, LCD screen peeled off from its body, but the HQ Service Department denied my warranty.

Worst customer service ever. So rude rude rude. Seriously dude, your staffs need more training. Doesn’t mean when someone enter your store wearing cheap stuffs, diorg takde duit nk beli barang. Staffs service and attitude so so so low. Customer is customer. Tak kisah la dia muda ke tua, kaya miskin. Layanan sama rata la. Ni tak, endah tak endah je layanan. Attitude is everything.
