Good location just a few minutes from the city and fairly quiet. There's some road noise at night from street racing but earplugs solve that problem.

Wifi is 85 % good
It's a large property so some areas are faster than others.

There's a few living rooms and sitting areas to choose from , very spacious and open.

The kitchen is well equipped and good for cooking.

There's a decent home gym and the garden outside is nice for walking or jumping rope.

The bed is very soft and a good size, most rooms have new and strong AC'S.

There's a PC and printer for printing documents or flight tickets.

The host family is very open minded and helpful.

I'd return for sure next time I'm in Khota Bharu

Ps. 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from big shopping malls, 30 minutes to the beach
