What can I say about a shop as divine as La Botilleria?! Absolutely some of the best mezcal, tequila and sotol this lady has ever tried (not to mention incredible Mexican gins and whiskeys!). The staff is insanely knowledgable and generous with the tastings. You won't be disappointed. Beautifully designed and perfectly inviting.
Pro tip: You may want to buy a bigger suitcase to bring home some souvenirs!

Walked in and was immediately greeted. The place had a nice vibe to it. We told him we were interested in a bottle of mezcal and he offered to let us taste test over 5 different bottles, encouraged by him. He was super nice and knowledgeable on each bottle. They also offer tasters, where you can sit down and he’ll serve you 3 different types of tastings. Left with a bottle, and will definitely come back before we leave.

Fun fun fun ! If you love agave, you should try here. I was introduced to Mexican gin and whiskey, and sampled over a dozen mezcals in the process. They know their product. Easy way to spend some $$$

Had an amazing Mezcal tasting session with a couple of family members. The employees were extremely accommodating and spoke English. After trying over 12 different types of Mezcal and learning about the various flavors and notes, we managed to leave with a couple of choice bottles of our favorites. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Merida and want to taste something special!

Prices are great, they introduced my friends and I to Xtabentún and I will definitely be back when I return to Merida. Great service too.

Great place for mezcal tasting. The staff are really nice and knowledgeable. They spoke in English, which was helpful for us. We picked up a couple of bottles, but they have a great collection. Recommend it to anyone interested in Mezcal tasting and learning about it.

Nakoupil jsem tequilu, sotol, raicillu, pálenku z pulque a další! Nejen, že tyto značky v Česku nemáme, ale ani tento typ mexické dobroty. 😭

A tento obchůdek to změní! Nejen, že můžete tyto mexické poklady ochutnat, ale koupit i v menším balení, abyste mohli více kusů dostat do letadla do Evropy! 🤩

La vendedora era muy amable y explicó todo con paciencia. Ella mostró todos diferentes mezcales y tequilas. Y tb probamos bastante como no sabía mucho de mezcal. La experiencia en la tienda fue hermosa y sabores de los licores son buenos tb!

Grand choix d'alcool du Mexique dont de Mexcal. Grande bouteille et petite pour cadeau idéal.
Les prix sont plus qu'abordable pour la qualité des alcools et de l'accueil.
On peut tester les alcools modérément bien entendu. Le vendeur conseille bien et on a eu pour tous nos goûts.

Es un excelente lugar para comprar y degustar mezcales artesanales. Ana te explica detalladamente cada uno de ellos. Toda una experiencia si te gusta un rato tranquilo, aprender de nuevas culturas y desarrollar un gusto por el licor artesanal.
