Ace Hardware

Large high quality product line. Very attentive staff, most spoke English. Have Craftsman tools and other US brands. Not crowded when we visited, parking in front and on the side. Wheelchair accessible. Also carried pet products, accessories.

It's small and uncrowded. Very unlike Home Depot. They carry tools for hand tool woodworking. There is always at least one English speaker on the floor. Great glue selection. Nice location. Good Covid protocols. What's not to like?
Update. Their new policy is to be sure that each customer is contacted three times by floor staff. A bit unnerving, but better than the alternative.

Ace Hardware has one of the nicest hardware-store staff in town. They would go out of their way to help a customer, which is a bit rare in local hardware stores. Good inventory, lots of stuff you wouldn't think they'd carry, but they do. I was surprised. I keep coming back. One time, they actually picked up the phone and answered my question about their stock. I like it.

Usually, find what I need, and more.

Smaller than the box store, but has most everything you need for home repair and more. Customer service puts Home Depot to shame, and some employees speak a decent amount of English.

Excelente surtido, también encuentras cosas de calidad y que no hay en otros lados, sitio bien ordenado y con poca concurrencia, muy amables y buena atención, trabajan festivos, cuenta con estacionamiento, hay buenas ofertas aunque los precios de algunas cosas se pueden mejorar, es lo único. En general muy recomendable.
