Great store! Ask for Javier. Very low pressure sales tactics. Very chill. I told him my budget for a king sized bed and box and he worked with me to find the perfect mattress, even with my very limited Spanish.

They don’t list prices in the store so there is definitely a level of trust involved. But when I got home, I checked online for the mattress I’d bought in the store and sure enough, it was the exact same price in store as online.

I bought it on Monday afternoon. He promised a Wednesday delivery to the playas for $15USD and that’s exactly what happened. We received our mattress and box yesterday. The gentleman who delivered it even moved our old, very heavy mattress and box to the other bedroom for us. We tipped them for this service, of course, but they didn’t ask for anything extra.

Great store. Great service. And great sleep for the first time since we arrived in Mérida.
