I am happy coming here. The service has been great so far and prices on certain items and materials are competitive with the chains. I like the gift store alot and have purchased cards and last minute items that saved me time! Thank you staff for always being helpful and kind!

Great customer service. I was looking for moth balls and asked an associate if they carried them. Not only did she show me where they were located, but also explained the various items they had available. Thank you!

This store has a great feel. The employees are helpful, personable, and happy in general. They have many unique items; I often find something I never thought to look for.

Fantastic clean and enormous. Only place near/in Bisbee I've found to get empty or full 5 gallon jugs for drinking water. Great spring soil sale and tons of great folks on the floor. Can't wait to venture back now that I know its so much more than a little hardware store. Cleaner nicer and peopled better than Home Depot and not that much of a size loss.

Great people, great store. Great selection. The staff are really nice over the phone and in the store itself to help me find what I'm looking for. Genuinely another ace that is a helpful place.

Great staff had to do a return from Scottsdale and receipt was pretty bad (why do stores in az use thermal printed receipts) ( so they maybe don't have to do refunds) things that make you go hmmm..... Bisbee staff was great!

This is my local Ace and the employees are well versed on where everything is. You can also describe a thing you're looking for but don't know the name of, but they do and most times, they have it.

It's a small town. It's a small ace. We know them all by name, and they know us all by name. It's like going to pop's shop to find what you need...

Everyone that works here is friendly and helpful. I've visited numerous times and always get what I need, and if by chance they don't have what I need they can tell me when they have it in stock

I enjoy coming to this location because the help has always been exceptional. Yesterday, Beth was so friendly and helped me out with the perfect Mother’s Day present. She really went above and beyond.

It is very good. They have good service and almost always have what I need. They have lawn mowers, 2 stroke gas, weed eaters, leaf blowers, roto tillers and a lot of other gas powered equipment. They also have electric. They also have a lot of good lumber.

I love my Ace!!! Friendly helpful staff 😊 Always with a smile and pleasant attitude and in today's atmosphere that can go a long way for me!

I find what I need readily and when I can't find it there they've always offered to order it in.

All in all I've never been unpleased.

Friendliest staff you could ever ask for. Store has wide aisles that are clearly marked. Lumber questions? Plexiglass questions? They can get you the answers you need to do your project. I always enjoy going there.

As a Douglas, AZ resident, Im Very grateful that a neighboring town like Bisbee, AZ has a hardware & Lumber store open 7 days a week. I usually buy in town but when everything is closed on Sunday in Douglas and I have an emergency, Ace is my go to place. Plus they have great staff and selections. Thank you.

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful. If they don't have it, they will order for you. You can also order online and pick up at the store. Better prices and NICER staff than the other local lumber and hardware store
