Clean store with almost everything I was looking for. The prices are a little high

This is currently my frequent shopping center, their prices are $2 - $3 higher than items you'd buy at Walmart, but I don't have a car of my own atm, so I shop where I can ...

However, the workers, are ALWAYS friendly and helpful!

I recently started the keto diet, so it's hard shopping at a store when they don't carry AS MUCH as other store to help with making my keto recipes and when they have higher prices than the stores in Sierra Vista, Az, where I would PREFER to shop and actually, if I had a car, I'd probably even go to Tucson to shop, since there is a LOT MORE stores to choose from and that are MORE KETO friendly than here in Bisbee or S.V.!

Positive overall experience. No complaints. The US/Mexico Border lights can be seen from the parking lot. 17 miles away.

Got in and got out in a very timely manner. We were in a slight hurry. We had ordered a birthday cookie and it looks great. It's not a great picture but hope you can tell that it looks great for someone who does not like cake but does love chocolate chip cookies.

Everything has changed 🤣. You can find canned foods, in the cat litter/food isle. Fruit juices are in greeting/gift card isle. It's freaking hilarious, all us customers seemed to have gotten head lice, from scratching our heads, wondering if we were going senile, including the Employees 🤣. But seriously, they doing major improvements, adding new isle signs, floor is mostly stripped to concrete, and they moved the Handicapped Parking to the parking row, in front of Entrance, 5 per side= 10, freshly painted. So if you haven't been to Safeway in a week, expect to take at least twice as long to shop, and keep your sense of Humor. They are rapidly doing the changes a few during store hrs. A lot after they close. Frozen Foods, Produce, and Liquor are still in the same spot, as well as the Meat Department. 👍😎✌

Excellent everything you want is right there

This is a greatest grocery store in Bisbee! Starbucks! Lottery! Liquor! Flowers, balloons and gifts! A pharmacy! An awesome delicatessen with rotisserie chicken, salads, lunchmeats. There is a bakery and outstanding produce section! There are awesome sales and savings with a safeway card! This store is the best and I am grateful for the company and staff who work exceptionally hard to make this such a one stop shopping extravaganza for the people of Bisbee!

This is our most important resource in Bisbee. The staff is helpful and the prices are generally reasonable. I've seen them be ridiculously accommodating with less than decent folks intent on using the fifty cent coupon they neglected to download prior to checkout. Some locals whine about checkout speeds... This is Bisbee dear, we're likely a few years from self checkout, if your that pressed for time you should change when your bookclub meets.

You want me to share my own experience about safeway, well i have been with SWay almost 12 years I was a curiosity for 9 years i check dates , cleaned ,i stocked,i faced and i am good at almost everything that i can do . Now i am a cashier i dont claim to be the best cashier but at least i can do it i guest what i am trying to get at is you can put me doing anything in that store and i can do it

I Always go there to get my jalapeno cheese bagels, but make sure you order ahead as they seem popular. Girl in bakery will always put mine aside if I call for pickup. Fast check out

Clean floors and well-stocked shelves.

I love to get Sushi on the go when I don't want to spend the big money in the restaurants out there. So, this is the perfect dinner sometimes. No mention about the chickens all ready cook and is similar like KFC. Safe big $$$

Great store typical Safeway they have digital offers every weak that are specialy priced way below retail they also have click or clip coupons every week, they both save you a lot of money

The people that work at this store are excellent. Yesterday I had the misfortune of getting all checked out just to find out what I was using to pay for my groceries didn't work. All I had was a twenty in cash that would only pay for the doggie pads (much needed). Everyone that tried to help was very kind and decent about my situation. I was so embarrassed! If it wasn't for the fact that they are the only store around, I would probably never go back. It's been a bad year for everyone and I know I will be treated with dignity when I go to this store again.

5 stars for Rox the starbucks batista and also for the nice man who was getting carts in the parking lot. Always love visiting this location when I'm in town.

Pricey less coupons or discounts. Great as far as location convenience and when being selective on purchasing. most importantly great staff and convenient layoffs. And the people you bump into from local and surrounding communities always an added bonus.

It is always an absolute pleasure to shop at this Safeway. they are all pretty nice but the one in Naco is especially pleasant. Everyone always smiles and says hello. There's never a problem finding help when you need it and they always always always call up extra cashiers when there's more than three people in any line. Most of the employees that I see there have been there for the 8 to 10 years that I've been going in, all of soon that they are treated well because you don't see that kind of loyalty in many places these days. Customer for life!

We travel all over the country and have consistently found this Safeway to be one of our favorites. Friendly service. They take care of any issues right away. Great sales with stackable deals and a lot of options for coupon clippers. Always clean when we've been there. Only thing I wish is that the Starbucks could take the reward stuff from the app... Little things, though. :)

I love the store and the staff. They are friendly and super helpful. If the store does not have what you are looking for they will order. They listen to their customers and make changes to the extent that the company will allow them.
