Always find what I need, customer service is great, always very helpful and friendly.

My daughter and my wife upgraded their iPhone 11 inside the mall and we entered JCPENNY entrance and walked pass this department store, and of course shopped for some shoes and cosmetics plus another important item.

Great prices on clothes and shoes. Great black friday deals. Have great sales on jewelry. They have a variety dresses. A wide variety of shoes. Friendly employees. Great sales on dresses. Wide variety of dresses to buy.

I don't come here very often for myself but the few times I have I have been helped quite often and found very good selections of clothing here! If they have clearance sales or sales in general you should stop by. I swear I've gotten a few steals when it comes to good brands! There's plenty of options for all genders and some fine brands of a higher quality clothing if you need something for a special event of any kind. Really great place to check out if you can't find what you're looking for in other stores!

I give 5 stars for the Spectacular customer service skills by cashier Daisy. She made me feel very welcomed to the store, I visited this store Monday afternoon and I didn’t see much employees anywhere to be around her. It seemed like she was calling for assistance, but never saw anyone come up to assist her with the other customers that were in line. This made me feel like employees here might not be treated fairly and that is completely unacceptable, it’s very concerning because us customers need employees like Ms. Daisy. She was so wonderful and patient with myself and the other fellow customers. This professional woman needs a raise!

I always go there when I need a fashion cut! Blanca is a very professional Lady, listen my needs and execute fabulous! But don’t believe me, call and make your own appointment you wouldn’t regret!

I loved their clearance sales! I spent $160 and brought home 26 items. The most I paid for a clearance sale item was $8. I went when they were offering a $10 certificate for every $50 spent but a sales associate told me there was a coupon for $10 off of every $25 spent. This was an even better deal for me! Thanks JC Penny! I will be shopping there again. Just make sure you join their reward program and check their website for coupons. I just happened to get a really nice associate who told me about the coupon, I don't think it's a practice.

It was ok. I didn't find what I was looking for, but with the trip browsing.

The stylist was very patient and took the time to do it right. They sanitize after every cut and have sanitizer for the guests. They leave 6 feet between clients and everyone wears a mask. I brought my 5 year old and felt he was safe the whole time.

Found very good deals in the jewelry department. I bought 5 sets of earrings for 60 dollars, they had big discounts. Love it

Sales are always amazing. Saved $40 today. Using my JCPENNEY card and the extra 25% sale today and $10 off coupon.

The store has an open layout and easy to find your way around. They had great sales. There was no crowd, I went early morning.

They have really nice stuff. Stuff here is a bit expensive but there are many sales and things on clearance. Worth the price.

JCPenney is an amazing place to buy your clothes. They have a toy section for the kiddos. And all the clothes from toddlers to adults. They need more cash registers tho. The lines are always horrendous! The bathrooms need some remodeling. The doors to the dressing rooms never lock. There is also a Sephora in the JCPenney but it is so disgustingly dirty that I wouldn't even walk through there.
