Convenient location and has the inventory I need. For some reason stuff is really dusty at this location, even the things indoors. I thought it was normal until I went to the one in Harlingen and things there were clean. Their holiday decor is great. They also have nice plants.

Matt was of great help when I was shopping for appliances and window blinds. He was courteous, professional, patient and went above and beyond to help me over the course of several days. Robert was of great help today too while I was shopping for Christmas trees. Their customer service is top notch; they make me feel welcome and help me find the best deals!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait to find some help. The employee was available really quick. Got my chain pieces for the swing on the quicks. There is plenty of home improvement items and a lot of resources for do it yourself people, from books to mini sessions to teach you how easy it is.

Just wanna share how awesome and helpful the people that work here are. I come here regularly and not only are their prices competitive but the service is always great. They are super busy but the customer service is grade A-plus. I'm especially fond of Rafael who always has the patience to share his knowledge when you ask him a question and will always make sure you got exactly what you needed. His customer service alone makes the trip here worthwhile. I cannot say the same for Lowe's. They really lack in that department which is why I stopped going there for the same reasons.

Stopped by for some plant food and powder for.the ants. I got here early s ok I was able to get in and out fast.

Very friendly staff and things are easy to find. Plus with this heat we're having they put large fans across the store to make it comfortable for the customers and employees. Great job. 👍

I go here often. Everything I need is there. Service is superb. All nature of expertise is on call for you within minutes. The store is located in the middle of town so easy to stop by Jason´s Deli or Chic-Fil-A for lunch or dinner, while I´m in the neigborhood.

The home Depot in Brownsville has what I was expecting and self check out is easy. I’m very satisfied customer.

I enjoy shopping here over Lowe's it's easier to find products using the app and I feel it's selection is better, plus LP doesn't follow me around like at Lowes

I took my black and decker pole chainsaw I’ve had a good 30-35 years to the rental department because they are always helpful to me. Angel Gomez and Jose Becerra were outstanding. I asked them why am I having issues with the chain constantly coming off. I can take off the chain and put it on but it was constantly coming off immediately upon use. The screw assembly was loose and they went through the motions and I’m excited to try it out. This department is always very helpful to this elderly grandma and I am so thankful for your expertise and patience. Thank you

I purchase a storm door and wasissing the push button for the handle. Called the store and the Store manager Mr. Gonzalez was very helpful he was a able to get a kit for the door. That is awesome customer service. So grateful. Thank you.
