Ordered a build your own shed kit thru Lowe's, kit said floor included but only came with the panels and some short 2x4's, went back to Lowe's and they provided the lumber for the frame and we were able to get started. Roxy, Ray, and Tamara helped us out and JP and Augustin helped load it. Wonderful team with good energy 👏

There are a few hardware stores in Brownsville, but this one has the best customer service and is easily accessible from US 77 on FM 802.
Any day, with the exception of Sunday, usually,Is a good day to shop there. I was just there today (3/21/21) and it seems there were many shoppers buying plants, however, it appeared they were short-staffed.
Update.5/25/24: Customer service has improved greatly since my last post. This is still the best hardware store in Brownsville and cardholders receive a 5% discount.

Store is very clean, clerks are are always helpful. Store management cares about the customers' needs. I would recommend this Store to all my friends and relatives.

So this is your typical Lowe’s store if you've ever been to one. It is clean and well organized. They make online ordering so easy. For small items, just scan your barcode and pickup at the lockers that are located at the front entrance. The associates are helpful and friendly, and the restrooms are always clean!

In this last week, we've gone to Lowe's twice in Brownsville. Joel in the lumber department helped us in the first visit. The second, Joel came up to me (didn't recognize me from first visit) and asked if I needed help. He's been extremely helpful and his customer service has been beyond awesome. Keep up the good work!

Although merchandise was misplaced on the wrong display his determination and concern for my item he did not quit.

We went for Memorial Weekend sale and the store was super busy. We didn’t wait long at all for Sal to help us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped up pick the perfect washer and dryer even fallowed up with us as well. Outstanding employee I may say.

Good on Lowe's to support Veterans and exclusive parking. However, they should keep the parking spots closer to the store rather than moving them further out.
