Always alert and monitoring all departments
From the managers and watching out for
Good customer service. Like that.
The business centers might use a little
More help early in the mornings lots of
People wait in line. But still great service.
The fact is that Laredo Texas is growing
At a very fast pass and in population
That is unbelievable.
I was born and raised in Laredo Texas
And I am 69 years old and have been
Visiting the H.E.B. s and seeing them
Multiplying at a steady pace.
Hope H. E. B can keep up with the
Growth and demand this town is asking for.
The Skies the limit.
Lots of traffic parking lot s always full.
Good idea to have Laredo police officers
Also watching out for traffic in the
Parking lots and inside the stores
Might also need a little more assistance
In controlling the grocery cars and
Picked up more often sometimes they
Are blocking the parking spaces for
A good while. There' is a lot of customers.
And Laredo is growing on a daily
Populations and business.

Rebecca C. was my cashier. I always go to this HEB location (4801 San Dario) and I must say Rebecca was by far The BEST cashier I've ever had there. So greeted me Soo well and spoke kindly to me. She was absolutely amazing and sent me floating on air with her kind customer service. 5 STARS to her! I'm glad I got to experience your way of working.

They have a bobtail parking by the gas pump behind .....Make sure after you do your shopping, place the cart back to the side, and please don't leave your garbage in the parking...!!!

No much to say than it got faster with the lines, back then You have to form a very long line to buy just a few items. The self checkout saved me so much time.

It's a good grocery store. Big, clean, spacious, easy to navigate, in terms of size or sure is Texas big! Inventory is expansive and has a little bit of everything for everyone. Service was quick polite and knew what they were doing. I dint really have anything I think I can complain about, it's a really good grocery store!

I love this store! The prices are great, just like any other HEB store. It's close to my home but I just like this one because the employees are very helpful and with a good attitude. It's nice to have people devoted to their jobs like they are. Store is always clean! Even the parking lot is clean. This is my favorite place to do my grocery shopping!

I tried the Hill Country Faire brand of dry Pinto beans then I tried the HEB brand dry Pinto beans. The beans taste the same to me. What's the difference in the 2 brands of beans? Why is the HEB brand about a dime more than the Hill Country Faire?

Crowded at the checkouts, but were moving rather swiftly and quickly. The CSA at the self checkout was very attentive and nice to me and very respectful. I was buying a 12 pack when the computer asked me for verification of my age she overrode it and I proceeded quickly. Good job H-E-B, I WILL definitely return for more purchases. 😁😁😁

I've loved this place since it was Kroger, Thank you for using Musak cuz before you'd enter and it seemed like a pachanga and not a grocery store. It used to give me a headache. Some employees can really learn from Rafa, he's ALWAYS in a good mood and knows a lot of customers names. He's a great employee. Mr Gabino has always treated us with respect and has listened to our concerns.

Older but good prices and good food in the food court, parking lot is almost always packed
