Staff were helpful, store was crowded but I picked up an online order really fast and paid for an in-store shopping faster than I thought it will be.

I've never felt at ease in any Best Buy location; I simply prefer to have my items shipped or delivered.
The 5 stars go to Angle and the other young gentleman (Geek Squad) who delivered my order yesterday.

Very clean, friendly, and spacious. They have a large variety of products that I purchase at fairly reasonable prices. Unfortunately, this is the only Best Buy here in Laredo but I'm glad it's here!

I enjoy going there they has alot of special and have most of what I need . Shall keep going

Regular Best Buy customer come here often . Store has good specials and even offers price matching from other stores. Recommend you use their app. One other thing if your item you purchased is on sale in the weeks after they will refund you the difference.

People are always so nice and helpful. You are always approached by several employees asking if you need help which in my opinion is great because in some stores no one ever looks your way. I love best buy and will continue buying my gadgets from them, especially my mobiles since in my opinion they have the best pricing and their techs are very knowledgeable and understanding.
