Always find what I need exactly at the time I need it. Not such good customer service but the products, prices, and the quality of some of the products are awesome!

Idk what was going on but the store was packed lines for the register to pay were super long we just decided to leave way to long the wait sorry but the store does have good bargains

Haven't been in a while but they've got good prices for clothes and shoes that usually cost more at other stores, purchased a pair of Steve Madden Leather Shoes for only $35 when they usually are $70+ elsewhere.

courteous and welcome customers (from the entrance to the exit). Cashiers, loss prevention personnel, and all workers were very respectful and polite. Store is very clean and merchandise selections very attractive. HEB use to take the lead, but not anymore. CONGRATULATIONS Ross! Thank you, thank you, for making a beautiful difference.

Who doesn't love a good discount? Even JLo admits to shopping at Ross. And of all the Rosses I've been to, this is the best. The best selection of clothing. I visited after tax free day, and the clothing was properly restocked. In December, it is impossible to navigate this store, because everywhere you turn it is loaded with full clothing racks! Absolutely fantastic! The only caveat is that, being on the border town of Laredo, is that sometimes visitors don't care and leave the clothes anywhere, being anywhere, anywhere it's not supposed to be. I really feel for the employees at this store, I hope they get paid really well dealing with the mess it is at closing.

Love this store, all Ross stores! We don't have one in Holland MI but I'm sure others would truly enjoy the experience of shopping for nice things at a cheaper price while still getting great quality.

Don't go in Sunday afternoon or evening if you can help it. Everyone is there getting the good deals. Tuesday is senoir day. Ten percent off. Hte workers are friendly and helpful. Please pick up after yourself if you drop something on the floor. They are busy there.

Great store with a big stock of apparel for men and women, also has in my opinion the best shoes/sneakers stock of outlet stores, it's better compared to Marshalls, the only con it's the fact that some merch has details like holes or bad stitching, but not everything, I love this store

I've shopped at Ross in at least 15 different states and no less than 40 cities. This is one of the cleanest and most organized ones I've ever seen.

Love going there of all three. They always have new items clothing, shoes,house items, etc. They always have more than enough of everything. Personal is always very friendly

Excellent employees store was full of customers but the cashiers kept there cool. Treat everyone with respect. Carries great merchandise.
