Museo Casa del Mendrugo

I tried the enchilada plate with three sauces. Americana these are traditional enchiladas. A folded corn tortilla with meat and then the sauce. If you are adventurous give it a try!

The museo (museum) upstairs is full of artifacts found when the building was restored. It was beautifully assembled.

The museum is an odd hybrid of copies of ancient Egyptian artifacts and brief descriptions and ancient Mexican artifacts..But, downstairs is an elegant, ambient restaurant with fantastic food and excellent service at a surprisingly reasonable cost. We loved it so much, we made reservations for the following night. It's sublime.

It's one of my favorite museums in Puebla. Can get through it in about 45 mins - 1 hour. Very cool collection of skulls and osteology.

Very interesting! A great compliment for any visitor to the city who also went to El Museo Ampero! In addition, the staff are extremely friendly and the food is fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Small museum housing an amazing collection of carved skulls, bones, and conch shells from pre-Hispanic Oaxaca, as impressive as anything I saw in Oaxaca itself. Excellent interpretations in both Spanish and English. Highly recommended.

Excelent museum, amazing skulls they had history about Zapoteca culture. The history is wondering about the house, they found bones of the "first woman" of Puebla. The guide was so kind.

Traditional food. Quite quiet for Sunday brunch. It was exactly what I needed. Live music and entertainment during the evenings.

Es la cuarta vez que visito este bello lugar. Todos los platillos que hemos probado, son excelentes, tanto en sabor como en cantidad de porción. El museo super interesante todo el recorrido. Bale la pena venir. Felicidades

Fuimos a desayuno muy rico con buen sazón y precios aceptable

Fui a visitar el museo ya que es el único que mantiene abiertas sus puertas por la noche y me lleve una grata sorpresa. El museo esta muy bien cuidado y aunque es pequeño contiene mucha informacion historica de la ciudad de Puebla, como poblana sali impresionada de lo que encontré en ese lugar. De verdad, vale la pena visitar el museo. No consumi en el restaurante, sin embargo se ve muy bonito, espero volver en otra ocasión.
