Best breakfast had in a while. The coffee with milk tastes amazing. Omelette is delicious. And the bomda with cream is perfect. Fried tortilla is okay cause we don’t like fried food much. But overall there’s no bad choice of the foods we ordered.
The staff is super helpful even though we don’t speak Spanish.
Would recommend for visitors cause it’s an easy choice.

The original Parroquia Cafe founded in 1808, Mexico's oldest Cafe. Ambience is wonderful with live marimba musicians, jarocho dancers and too notch service. Order the classic Cafe lechero and tap your glass so waiters come by and serve the hot milk from up high. Food is on the table within 5 minutes of ordering and its classic, delicious and great prices.

The food was amazing, as always, can't go to Veracruz and not stop for a café lechero !

You have to visit this landmark restaurant while in Veracruz. Try their lecheros, they are outstanding. We also have breakfast here: huevos motuleños and ropa vieja. The ropa vieja eggs tasted very good and came with white rice and black beans. The prices are on the higher side, but are well worth it.

Always wanted to try this place out, today was THAT day and believe me when i say : you wont be dissapointed

This place is famous for its coffee. Honestly, this is the best coffee I ever tested. The food is also good and the price is competitive. If you visit this place you need to ask for the "Cafe Lechero", make sure you are not lactose intolerant.

The traditional good is wonderful. The service is great. The live entertainment that just shows up and plays music really made my day... love this place.

A place that needs to be visited if you want to say you came to Veracruz.

You cannot visit Veracruz without having a lechero (coffee with raw milk).

We love having breakfast at any of the locations the coffee "Lechero" is always on point, the breakfasts are pretty good too. The service is great and quick. Prices are a little more expensive than street food but not as expensive as US.
