Rívoli Select Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was the best part and the large balcony with a strong ocean breeze was perfect. Room service and helpful and friendly staff made this one of my most memorable places to stay at during my trip. Sorry for the messy photos but I couldn’t help but get comfortable :)

During our four-night stay in Veracruz with my wife and kids, we found the hotel quite accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and well-organized, while the attentive staff added to the positive experience. Having a restaurant conveniently located on the ground floor was a plus. The buffet breakfast was truly a highlight, a definite must-try and the swimming pool was convenient for the kids . Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us in Veracruz."

Elvira was my housekeeper, and she was very sweet, very kind, attended to all my needs accordingly. She did an immaculate job in my room and just her overall cheerfulness. Very welcoming and very caring. Front lobby, gentlemen, named José, also was very nice, always very helpful and concerned for my needs. Dining area was very well staffed, staff was attentive and very courteous. I do not speak Spanish, and they did everything they could make me feel comfortable in the dining area. The lobby receptionists were always very happy and willing to help me in any way. I definitely will be coming back and I definitely will be telling others how wonderful my stay was.

For social events, it is a clean, elegant and neat hotel, decoration is always on top of standards, the breakfast was hoy and good, coffee and cookies as well, it has 3 convention rooms, the one for us was small but perfect for our meeting. It's a little bit expensive but it worth it

Really close to the boulevard and to the Univerity Veracruzana. The room was excellent, everyone super friendly. The restaurant offers buffet and other options, great quality. The service was great. Totally recommend it.

Excelent location! the hotel is near to the beach, nights clubs, movie theaters and malls (like Costco, Soriana, etc), excelent service and the food is delicious. Totally recomended.

A well located hotel in the turistic zone in Boca del Río, 3 blocks from the sea, good flavor and variety of food in the buffet and at low cost.

The service is excellent, clean rooms, so comfortable, location is great, near of the sea, congratulations.

Water and coffee are free, just if you ask for them, breakfast goes from $120 up to $160: Eggs plus antojitos
