Grand Fiesta Americana Veracruz

In addition to cleanliness, comfort, location, and decoration, Fiesta Americana Grand Veracruz made me feel right at home!
Upon arriving at the hotel, I couldn't find my cell phone and thought I had lost it, which made me very nervous and worried. However, all the staff present in the lobby kindly supported me until we found it! Special thanks to Mr. Joel Alejandro López and Mr. Héctor Azael Piwi from security, who were there with me, supporting and searching for my cell phone alongside me. I would also like to thank Mylka Vernon for her support and concern.

This hotel has very good service.
No complaints.
Very attentive. Very detailed oriented.
Everyone goes out of their way to do what’s best for the customer.
The manager David was the one that checked me in. He spoke enough English to get by. But very well enough to understand.
He was very helpful.
There was one Concierge Juan Carlos Correa Saldivar, who was very helpful and went out of his way for helping so much with us. We are truly grateful and super blessed to have had his help the way that he did.
This guy is the one that made the difference in our stay. He is truly the one that who also needs to be recognized for his excellence in job.
If we were ever to come back. He’d be the one that we’d want to see again.

Excellent all-inclusive resort! Wonderful, friendly service. Everything is clean and staff are always working hard to take care of the guests. Be sure to make dinner reservations and find out about all of the week's evening events as soon as you check in. The front desk doesn't mention all of the special events included with your hotel cost.

Beautiful newish hotel. Everything is first rate. The attention to detail in the design is impressive in every way. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay ! We felt like the place was very clean and you felt safe. We were blown away by the housekeeping woman, Belen❤ She was above and beyond. I’ve never seen anyone clean as well as her ! She placed our items in clear bags and even lined up our shoes and folded our clothes 😭 BEYOND AWESOME.

The lobby looks amazing!!! Rooms are standard but clean and tidy. The pool is gorgeous, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly

I would like to begining this review by saying THANK YOU to these specific people that made our stay so memorable Angelica Lucero & spa team (I was unable to get all of their names) and Pedro (pool manager), these people have made us feel so welcomed and gave us the best customer service while staying here a month ago. My wife and I had stayed at 6 different hotels while in Veracruz and we ended our trip staying here and I wish we had just stayed here the whole time, I guess we had the best for last experience! I tried looking for the general manager's contact because I wanted to personally write this review to him, I work in the hospitality industry and I know how tough this job can be at times and many people don't understand how demanding it can be, especially more than ever due to Covid and shortage of staffing. The staff definitely made our stay special, we can not wait to return and stay here again especially when we visit family. If you're trying to see if this hotel is good, trust me we've stayed at different hotels while in Veracruz, this one is the best one, you can already feel it as soon as you walk in the lobby, the staff always says hello. We had a small mishap at the pool area the first day we arrived, but Pedro soon after took care of it and that mishap was already forgotten, and that alone shows you his dedication for customer service he provided. Again, thank you to your amazing staff and for an memorable stay at your hotel. If you're the general manager reading this please thank those specific staff because they deserved the recognitions.

Beautiful experience . my first time in Mexico and I cant wait to return. The hotel was clean and in great conditions. The staff was so friendly made me feel right at home even though i spoke very little spanish and a lot if staff spoke english. Food was great. Beach beautiful pool clean relaxing music good drinks. Felt like paradise . i highly recommend this hotel and I plan on returning

Nice hotel! Very friendly personnel. Perfectly located. Numorous Covid infection prevention precautions make this hotel a safe stay. The food is excellent, the staff is pro-active, perfectly made up rooms each morning... there is nothing more to wish.

The best hotel in Veracruz, Boca del Río with no doubt.

We have stayed here at least 5 times and will be back all the time.

Service is top priority and the general manager is always on top of things.

It has a nice almost private beach that feels very safe and is usually clean.

We only came for drinks at the pool but the food and service was great! We were accidentally given the wrong drink and Lorenzo, Reyna and Pauline came to the rescue with an additional correct drink free of charge. We very much enjoyed our time at the resort and can highly recommend it for a great time in the sun :-)

Excelente service and place to stay

Neat hotel by the ocean with a big and clean beach upfront. Polite staff, food is tasty, the cocktails are yummy. The Italian restaurant was a bit chaotic although there were no customers ("sorry, we don't have bottled water") but the food was good. The beds are really comfortable and prices are ok if you catch a good deal.

As always great service. Wonderful food. But the best of all its the people that work there, always trying to exceed expectations

All the servers at the breakfast restaurant and buffete are super, the food very well done, but the service, cleaning and attention.

*** To the owner: please consider a new safer windows, I don't recommend this place for families with little children, the windows at the rooms are super dangerous, don't open them EVER!!

I just got an amazing experience at Grand Fiesta America Veracruz, we had the opportunity to celebrate our wedding there and Mariana Garcia and Yimel Gamboa made the process so smooth and easy, they helped me out to organized everything.

It is a really luxurious hotel, you have a precious view of the sea, it's really calm. The pillows are really comfy, the pool is pretty large and nice. The staff gives a good service, all of them are kind.

The Hotel Fiesta Americana Veracruz was amazing. The staff is kind, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. There are four restaurants /bars on site, and the food and service there was also equally awesome. Right down to the prepaid taxi we ordered to take us back to the airport. What an amazing place to stay, we'll definitely be back.
