Highly recommend this clean and conveniently located hotel. The room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. The pool was amazing for kids and the breakfast was great. It is so close to the city center and my kids loved it. We will be staying here again

My AirBNB got cancelled the morning I was supposed to check in so booked this hotel at last minute. Figuring out where the parking took some time and several runs around the block but once we got that figured out, the hotel ended up being pretty nice. Knowing some conversational Spanish certainly helps. Room was very clean and cleaning lady was great and kept the room spic and span. Plenty of outlets and included USB plugs. No fridge in the room but there was a safe. Pool was pretty but too cold for us to take a dip. Good clean ice available. Breakfast was slightly above average for a hotel (not much traffic during the week but lots of people on weekends).
Easy to walk around from here and lots of transportation options from the hotel.
Checkout was pretty awesome. I was going to run and bring the car to temporarily park in front of the hotel but the staff went and got it for me and loaded everything up for me.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely central location, a few block from the main square. Lots of restaurants in the area. The room, are simple, clean, neat and spacious. You can request how often you want to change your linens or room service. Stayed for a few extra nights not knowing what to do or go so we camped in longer than we thought and kept extending our stay without a problem. Breakfast included, nearly the same thing everyday. But was good enough, has a TV with English channels too. The receptionist and all the staff are super friendly, they did ask us if we wanted any tours and they will recommend you from their friends or on commission, I don't know, I didn't take any tours just went to places by ourselves with colectivos or from ADO. All near the centre.

Privileged Location but lack of parking which incurs on an extra fee per night if you bring your own car. Rooms can improve a little.

Great location, standard HIE breakfast. Needs better attention to pool upkeep, lacking towels and cleaning around the pool area.

Excellent service! The bed was sooo comfortable that it was hard for me to leave my room. Breakfast was good enough, the personnel was very attentive! The cherry on top was location, close to everything! I would stay there again!

Clean, safe, at Mérida Downtown, nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, historic buildings and museums. IMPORTANT: Google maps location is not correct, tooks you to a different area and you have to drive additional 30 minutes.

Great breakfast and cool clean refreshing swimming pool. Will stay again.
