Fiesta Americana Mérida

Great place. Rooms are modern. I organized a business meeting here and the conference room was very good. Breakfast was excellent

Love staying and eating at this hotel. Rooms and staff are great. I really enjoy the breakfast buffet at this hotel. High quality food and good variety. Ambiance is very nice and welcoming. Every time I come to Mérida, I stay at this hotel. It's also very close to restaurants and tourist areas.

Beautiful & clean with an amazing staff. The biggest surprise was the Fiesta Club room with wine pop and the best snacks which were really a full lunch selection - sandwiches desserts etc - in the afternoon if you happened to be in your room the refreshment cart made a room stop - exceptional service

We stayed here for a wedding for 5 night and had an amazing experience. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are quite comfortable, more than most rooms I've been in before.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. This place has everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay.

When 5-star hotels are mentioned, Fiesta Americana Mérida should come to mind. Have the honor to enjoy yourself in this beautiful facility and all of the amenities. We did!

Excellent concierge services and security together with a very professional and efficient front desk staff makes the stay very easy.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. If one does not find something to enjoy from the buffet, it would be surprising as it would be difficult to name something that was not on the buffet.

Service in the restaurant was excellent!

Lovely staff. The rooms were very nice as well. Centrally located and walkable to many great attractions and restaurants.
One complaint would be the beds on the fiesta level. Super soft, but huge lumps of down the size of baseballs made it very hard to get comfortable. Aside from the lumpy bed, it was a delight.
Also, the pool was quiet and had very few guests. Perfect to have some alone time.

Absolutely perfect location. Can walk anywhere in Paseo Montejo and even downtown if you like walking and the weather isn't too hot. Easy to get a taxi or Uber.
We got a room with a really nice view, no noise, cool and with great beds.
Shower worked perfectly and service was awesome. TV could improve because although it was smart and big, we couldn't log into or download Netflix, even when trying to use our own account.
There are quite a few shops at the entrance and all the offices for renting cars are right there, which makes the experience a super easy and comfortable one.
The pool is so nice, perfect for the over 35° C weather of Merida during spring.
The restaurants are really good too! One of the best meals we had in Mérida!!

Such a great experience, everything was perfect. The hotel has a lot of services to help you make your stay perfect. The breakfast buffet was included and was truly impressive: so many options you don't know where to start and it's impossible to try everything. The room is very clean and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and nice. I can't see anything wrong with this hotel, it exceeded my expectations by far. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in the city center and is easily accessed by the main streets of the city, near big events, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are clean, with good mattresses, pillows and towels. The pool is also very good and there is an option of intern pool for relaxing. The gym room is good, but it is a little bit strange the access to the hot pool passing inside this room.
The restaurant is good with affordable prices and good quality. One meal for two can cost less than 20 usd.
The parking service is also very efficient and the receptionists are very attentive and helpful.

Incredible stay. The rooms are beautiful, the location is right next to Paseo Montejo for leisurely strolls by the museum casas, the pool and fitness areas are lovely. Staff are amazingly helpful with organizing day trips to cenotes and ruins. They even helped track down my camera that I lost in a taxi!

Get a chance to stay here but I'm coming here next time I came in for a few minutes and this hotel was amazing very good price exceptional amenities right in the

This review is for “Cafe Montejo” inside of Fiesta Americana. The restaurant is excellent. We had salmon fish and chicken enchiladas. The service is very good. Environment is very clean. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a 'class act'. They hire people with an excellent western-style service attitude. I was totally impressed. You cannot compare this hotel's outlets to local businesses. It's two different standards with Fiesta Americana being the higher. Mexico should mirror this standard to become a world class destination.

We have been in different places on this two weeks vacation: Morelia, Valladolid, Mérida, Playa del Carmen...But this hotel is the BEST! The service is awesome: We were celebrating our 44 anniversary, and they had a surprise for us in our room that night!❤ At their main restaurant, food is delicious and with a lot of options. At the Fiesta club, Armando and Soremi always doing the extra step. Excellent service! The rooms very good. We were very happy here. Will return.

We weren't staying at this hotel but got stranded right in front of it after getting robbed. We asked the concierge for help and thanks to her were able to make it to our apartment and get everything sorted. The kindness shown by the staff was really great and we are planning to stay there on our next visit to Merida. Never ever underestimate the difference a great hotel staff makes.

Very nice hotel. Good location, every trip to the historic center needs a taxi ride.

Absolutely amazing breakfast buffet. It was $390 MXN pesos. Large selection of hot breakfast foods. Excellent service at the buffet, unlike the awful service at Kuun Nespresso cafe across the hall.

It is a lovely hotel, 4 star but must, very well located.
All kind of shops and restaurants, cigar shops and superstores.
Next to Paseo Montejo and near a bunch of museums.

Once you get here, go out and get yourself a marquesita, a local crepes but shaped differently. Filled with cheese and jams or Nutella.
