I really can’t do them justice in a short post. They are very good at their work. Kind. Caring. Careful. professional. And honest. Over a year and a half they have done extractions for me. Bone transplants. Implant placement. And more. And all at a fraction of the cost as the US. And I would say better quality (and this from someone who has used the best dentists in Boston). Oh yes, and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood in the second safest city in all of North America- safer than anywhere in the US. A direct flight from Houston or Miami. And it costs about 20% of what the same procedures cost in the US. Could not recommend them more!

Really happy with our experience at this dental clinic!! It’s spotlessly clean, everyone is super friendly and equipment is top notch - including ultrasonic for cleaning. For those of us still learning Spanish its helpful that everyone in the clinic speaks English. I also appreciate that they have discounts sometimes (they post on their Instagram account).

I came here for some work on my teeth a few days ago. Guillermo was great, explained everything that was going on with my teeth in a very clear way for me in English. Gave me options of how to proceed. I will definitely be coming back to get more work done in the future.

The best dental experience in over 45 years!
Visiting Merida, I was not expecting I would need a dentist. However, my immediate misfortune turned to almost joy! The Whiteline team quickly diagnosed my issue/s and provided the very best care and attention that I have ever known.
I actually required root canal, decay repair and a crown. True to their word, their team handled every step with the utmost professionalism and in an honest, caring manner. (The contrast between my past (U.S.) experiences and Whiteline, could not be more stark).
It is ‘weird’ for me to say this, but I actually now look forward to seeing ‘the dentist’! Dr Guillermo and the team are a credit to their profession. Thank you Whiteline!

I came here to the Whiteline Clinica Dental referred from a Facebook group of people who live in Merida. The entire staff reassured me of my nervousness the moment I walked in and was greeted by the front dental staff assistant. I was nervous for nothing!

The service, time to get you in and the outcome was great! The consultation from Dr. Guillermo was very specific and something I will do upon my return. The deep cleaning by Dr. Dave was also painless! The location was perfect and not far from where I was staying. Nicely decorated, clean office, equipment, friendly staff and overall great service! I was accommodated early for an appointment the next day and the dentist was efficient and caring as well. I can't recommend them enough for your dental services in Merida!

While living in Merida for 2 years, I was fortunate to have excellent care from the Whiteline team. Because of their knowledge and professionalism, i trusted them completely. Now that I have moved to Europe, I reached out to them for a 2nd opinion on a planned dental procedure. If I had more time, I would have flown back just for their expertise. I trust them 150% and feel they truly care about their patients. Thank you so much for all you do!

We found out about Whiteline from a travel blog of US citizens traveling in Mexico. My husband needed an exam and cleaning and I had a cleaning. It was a wonderful experience. The clinic is sparling clean and bright. Dr Dave did a thorough cleaning using an ultrasonic dental cleaner. My husband had not had an exam since 2019. Dr Guillermo started by saying, “I’m going to check your teeth and then decide if you need an x-ray.” How different from US dentists who immediately want to do an x-ray! It cost us $148 for the two cleanings and one exam. Communication was easy via WhatsApp. Highly recommended!!!!

Fantastic staff. So friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Merida to coordinate more dental work. All procedures are explained thoroughly and in English.

I am visiting from the US. I needed a teeth cleaning. My earliest appointment back home was in January due to staff shortages.
All the people at Whiteline were terrific. The procedure was done with care, while constantly checking in if I was experiencing any pain. It was comfortable and pain free. They were in touch the next day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend them.

I went in for a cleaning and a check-up, and Guillermo took the time to explain everything he was doing and seeing in my teeth. He was very thorough in his explanations and his cleaning. The staff was very courteous. It was a great experience!

Hands down top tier dentist experience. The Team at Whiteline Dental are absolutely AMAZING. They made the process very simple and affordable. The dentist was extremely caring and explained the procedure in great detail. They follow up with me after the procedure to check in how things turned out. The facility was very clean as well. OH! I have been going to Whiteline for almost 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone has been so kind and accommodating. I received treatment for braces and everything was communicated clearly and I'm SO happy with the results. I highly recommend Whiteline to anyone looking for dental services.

I just had my teeth cleaned after neglecting them for years and it was a wonderful experience. Soothing music was played and everything was explained to me as he worked. Nice touches like goggles shielded my eyes from water that was used on my teeth. Problem areas were pointed out like my wisdom teeth, but I never felt any pressure to deal with it right then and there. Teeth are gleaming and the thin film I always felt is gone. I will be back!

Whiteline was highly recommended by friends and they did not disappoint. Easiest and most “pleasant” experience. Dr Guillermo and his team are fantastic - from scheduling an appointment, explaining the work in detail, following up, and accommodating my nerves. (In English I will add as my Spanish is limited.) I have no hesitation in recommending them and will come back for more work.

Received a very thorough cleaning by a very friendly gentlemen. The ladies working the front recommended a great Chinese restaurant too. I loved that I didn’t have to fill out a bunch of paper work. The dentist was very kind with his words and recommended a plan to keep my mouth healthy. Super easy.
