Really nice waiting area with a mini-OXXO Great AC. Super helpful employees. I was going from there to Monterey to get a flight down to Guadalajara. The bus ride and everything was absolutely flawless and very comfortable.

The station is very small, it's the Greyhound Nuevo Laredo station on the Mexican side of the border, from here you will catch a bus either across the border to the Greyound Laredo station on the US side of the border or a bus to the Greyhound Monterrey station just north of Monterrey. It's right next to metro Sendero if you need to make a connection. Across the street from the Greyhound station is another bus station with other bus companies. Nearby there are some restaurants if your hungry. The station has Wifi and so do the buses

If you're American or Canadian sometimes it's quicker to take a taxi from the Nuevo Laredo bus station to the Mexican / USA border and walk across, you can walk from the border to the Laredo bus station if you are travelling with just a backpack. The dogs at this station are looking for illegal substances.

It was fine the only thing I didn't like the bus driver got 35 minutes late but service is awesome there
