Had an amazing day for a spa here. Can't remember the therapist name but she was awesome. The massage was strong and just the way I like it. You can never find this in Europe 😂Took the 3 hours session and it flew by so quickly. Followed by tea time in their gorgeous yucatan style terrace. Perfumerie was stunning and staff was so helpful!

The Coqui Coqui experience is one of the most unique pleasures you can get throughout the peninsula of Yucatán. They have nestled themselves in the most beautiful and iconic building in Valladolid, Mérida, Izamal and Cobá and once on the beautiful beach of Tulum, while creating an experience of their impressions and travels through the peninsula in the form of their emblematic and unique perfumes. Get one …. or a whole set.

Great massage experience. You choose your scent and are enveloped in the scent during the entire service. The rose and cardamom tea served in the garden is a nice touch and ending to the experience. Bertha was my therapist and she was amazing! Your strong Mayan grandmother. Note there’s only one bed so no couples massages.

Came here on two occasions with friends and it’s always exactly where I want to be. It’s quiet, intimate, and oozes this mix of boho and old French luxury. The perfume shop in the front creates a pleasing sensory experience and as you walk to the back, you are embraced by nature and a magical secret garden. The massage area is a dream, get the 3 hour package! Get it — it’s worth it. The perfect place for a self-love retreat.

I had an amazing facial here!! ✨ I got the Under the Yucatan Sun facial. I loved smelling each new natural product she used throughout — honey, yogurt, subtle fragrance. The arm, hand, and head massages during were amazing. And this place is just gorgeous! 🤩 (And coming from the US, the price was amazing! This ~$30 60-min facial would have cost $100+ there easily.) I would definitely go back!

It was a beautiful surprise. We found this one-suite residence boutique hotel during an afternoon thunderstorm. Immediately greeted by wafting scents of tobacco, sandalwood, and orange blossoms.

The decorations are absolutely stunning. We bought a sandalwood cologne and body oil. Smells wonderful, lovely, and luxurious!

I stayed here for my first visit to Merida and I can’t say enough good things to say about Coqui Coqui. The staff is attentive, kind, and courteous. You are taken care of from the moment you book your stay to the moment you depart. Wendy was extremely helpful with helping us with every aspect of our stay including dinner reservations, booking the spa, and helping us pick out the perfect coqui coqui scents for our stay and to take home.
The accommodations were incredible!!!!! It is true luxury. Every aspect of this boutique hotel has been curated to provide you with comfort and visual pleasure. The interior design transports you to France; our room was out of a magazine.

Very nice. Was my first experience getting a massage. Take a shower before you go out of kindness for your masseuse. Prepare to be naked. 3 hours went by fast.

A beautiful and friendly sanctuary. Sitting for tea and chocolate is a very peaceful experience and the rose and cardamom chocolate is exquisite. We also left with a small bottle of orange blossom perfume, which smells exactly like the flower. The atmosphere is classy without feeling stuffy.

I just spent three nights there and it was wonderful. The suite is lovely with a high ceiling and opulent decor that I loved. You feel like you’re staying in a fancy home but with the amenities of a boutique hotel. Wendy and Natalie were super friendly and helpful. I also had a massage and facial which were really well done. They were very careful with COVID protocols, and I felt safe in that respect. I’ve loved the brand’s aesthetic since first going into the boutique in bora bora, so it was really fun to walk through the shop each day and smell the perfumes on my way to my room, and then stay in that beautiful room

Beautiful selection of perfumes and room diffusers. Quality product....not cheap product but I will say you get what you pay for and this is extremely good product.

We had a wonderful 1hour long full body spa there. It was real wonderful experience.
