Hotel NH Collection Mérida Paseo Montejo

Overall, great experience. Location is fantastic as you have access to a variety of restaurants at the plaza where the hotel is. Rooms are perfect for business travelers, not too fancy but functional.

A great hotel! I spent 2 nights here and it was so clean with great customer service. The only issue is that we faced the plaza area which has live music and is pretty loud until 10-11pm and we were absolutely wiped from our travel and just wanted to sleep, but it was quite noisy! The rooftop pool was amazing though and was never busy so we were often the only ones there! We ordered drinks right to the poolside - great service and we were given a free drink! Breakfast was also great with many options (though the coffee machine always seemed to be broken)

We stayed for 5 nights. The location is good, downstairs are nice restaurants and live music in the evening.

The room is modern and spacious.

Jorge, the barman downstairs, made the best frozen margaritas in Mérida (maybe even mexico!) When you stay here, make sure to try one of his cocktails.

NH a wonderful choice for hotel and location as you can walk right up the street to the center of town. I also learned the day we went home if you walked out of the lobby near the stores and went right or left there are many more stores to explore either direction.
The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating. Things happen always but the staff was ready and eager to accommodate our needs.

We got married in Merida in February of 2023 and we stayed here along with about 50 of our family and friends. It was incredible! The food is incredible!! It was so good that we hired the head chef (Carlos Olvera) to do the food for our wedding that was at a hacienda. Chef Carlos is the best of the best!! His food is delicious and his staff is incredible. I'd highly recommend him for any events or weddings in Merida

The rooms are a good size, super clean, and very very reasonably priced. They also have a nice rooftop pool!

Loved this hotel. Great mixed use location with businesses and restaurants. Live music in the plaza at night. Great pool top deck. No restaurant but food can be delivered from the restaurant in the lobby.

Great lobby, glass elevator, and Great city views. I love the modern style throughout the hotel. Yes, I would stay here again.

Airport shuttle is not included but can be requested for about $15.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center along calle 60.

My stay at the NH Collection Merida was extraordinary in so many ways. Having stayed in many 5 star hotels world wide, and many other NH hotels, my stay at this property was the best of the best. From my midnight check in, (thank you Sury) to my early morning check out the staff of this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the front desk, the restaurant staff, and the dear lady that serviced my room, take a bow, and take another..you were amazing. From the cutting edge design, to the location, and the staff, this hotel is an example of excellence. I am looking forward to my next visit in June..Thank you all for a wonderful trip..

I cannot say enough about the NH Collection Hotel in Merida. My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great experience. The entire staff is amazing, in particular Elmer, who could not do enough for us. Manuel in the restaurant was wonderful also. The rooms were cleaned very well, and a great rooftop pool area. Excellent!

I love the hotel. We spent 6 days in Mérida and everybody helped us with locations, tours, recommendations and everything we needed.
Everybody was very kind specially yesterday when we got to the bar to see our football ⚽⚽ soccer game and was not on tv , one person tried to look for the channel in the cable but the game was just on Fox premium ( not able to see it on the tv room or at the tv in the bar) so he let us use his own iPad. We didn't know he was the Executive chef of this Hotel. That was kind of him.
Jorge at the bar is so friendly and kind too.
The shower is so minimalist there's not enough space to put the shampoo, a conditioner or soap bar .
Beside that everything was just great.

We are going to start staying at NH hotel in our trips.

Jorge at the Bar in NH Collection Merída was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he accommodating but he was personable & his drinks were by far the best since I’ve arrived in Mexico. The natural flavors & ingredients incorporated into my drinks hit every sensory palette! Thank you Jorge for the best customer service & drinks!

When arriving to the NH hotel in Merida, we were welcomed by the friendly staff at the front desk. The staff knew English. Check in was easy and so fast. We had help from a staff member with our luggage. The hotel smelled very nice was clean. Our room was gorgeous with an amazing view of the city. The room came with a fridge, closet space, desk, a safe, iron board, iron, tv, and toiletries. The room was very neat and clean. They gave us a safety kit as well. The breakfast was super delicious! It had all kinds of delicious Mexican breakfast food. The NH Hotel had a pool, gym, bar, buffet, meeting room and computers. I would highly recommend the NH Hotel in Merida. The hotel is surrounded also by other restaurants, shops and salons. There are also a lot of shopping centers two blocks away.

Very nice hotel. Clean comfortable and a Great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and speak both English and Spanish. The top floor has a beautiful pool area and underneath the hotel is Paseo 60 which has many restaurants, shops and live music. If you are planning a trip to Merida I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great modern hotel in a great location. Walking distance to via Montejo. And it’s located on top of a small shopping mall with great restaurants and a barber shop. Beds are super comfy. Rooftop very tú nice.

Nice hotel to stay very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the breakfast buffet perfect place to relax at the end of the busy day. I would love to estay again my next visit to Merida Yucatán Mexico

The hotel was almost empty for the pandemic, beside that, the rooms are nice and comfy, the service is excellent, are the personnel were very friendly, in the breakfast we ate yucatan food that are pretty tasty. I would come back to this hotel in my next trip to Mérida.

There is transportation from the airport to this place, a lot of restaurants and within walking distance from Paseo Montejo and restaurants
