A beautiful hotel, with local architecture and good service, it is placed in Merida Downtown near to Tacos La Union. Room was a little beat pipe noisy and some upper areas into the bathroom needs to be cleaner. Beds are amazing and comfy

This Hotel was excellent in every way, Very colonial feel, The staff was great. Close to everything within walking distance to many activities, restaurants, and Bars. We planned and enjoyed our stay here and Centro Merida was amazing. we loved it!!!!

This hotel was perfect for me. The staff was incredibly friendly and hepful. Ulisis especially helped me with tours and anything else I needed. The atmosphere is really nice with the garden and pool. My room was clean and nice. It was a great location for being able to get out and walk around the town central.

Amazing service and great price. Don Sergio at the bar/restaurant and Don Gaspar at the front desk are the bomb. They and the rest of the staff made us feel at home and went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend it.

Located a block from the historic center and yet quiet an beautifully appointed. Staff was charming and accommodating. Even to an American knowing only 12 words of Spanish. Perfectly clean.

Beautiful hotel! Great staff! Good food! A beautiful oasis after a busy day in Merida! Central location. Walk to the historical center or to paseo Montejo. Excellent price!

Very nice if you're looking for a cheap 5-stars hotel. Nice rooms and lobby. Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the main plaza.

Great price, I was lucky the day I visited the hotel because they upgraded me and gave me the suite deluxe, the food at the restaurant was really good and the price was cheaper than I thought.
