Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos

We started out the week a bit disappointed. There were some issues with our room the first night. Fortunately, the staff and management, especially Jessica, were very helpful in accommodating our needs. The week wound up being everything we hoped for and more. Very peaceful and relaxing. Whale watching right from the main pool. Attentive and friendly staff. Great people there too.

Y'ALL! My daughter and I took a getaway trip here the first week of January. I cannot speak highly enough of the facilities and the staff. Our room was everything you could possibly want and our ground floor patio opened up to a breathtaking ocean view with steps that led straight down to the beach. Pool side service was impeccable-- remember the names Luis Martinez, Rigo, and Abraham. You will want for nothing. They aim to please and never make you feel obligated to tip. You will be more than happy to after a day of pampering by the pool. Also, Jessica, the young lady who checked us in, and literally everyone else who you will see sitting at this desk will bend over backwards to answer your questions and make sure you have what you need. GET THE COMPLIMENTARY MASSAGE! 20 minutes of pure bliss. Otherwise, the spa offerings are pretty pricey but not out of line with other resorts. The restaurants and the menu offerings are perfectly fine, but I wouldn't say that was their best feature. We were looking for a night off premise and they hooked us up with a reservation at Chambao. If you are looking for an amazing night and don't mind spending $$$, I highly recommend! All in all, I cannot wait to go back with my husband and hope I see everyone from my first visit. Shout out to the pool crew from the Memphis mom and daughter who tried hard not to cause trouble, but maybe did, just a little bit. See you again soon!

A fine hotel with an obvious focus on client and customer satisfaction. Every staff member we met was absolutely delightful and it was clear that they took great pride in the he work they do and the happiness and satisfaction of their customers. The ground maintenance was some of the best in the world. Absolutely magnificent attention to detail and we could absolutely feel the love in their work. The room was delightful, clean and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and my birthday and were wowed by the experience. Everything was top notch and service was fantastic. Too many names to give credit! We definitely took advantage of the amenities including room service and laundry.

The hotel is beautiful but what really made the trip for us was the wonderful staff. The restaurant and pool staff were super friendly and attentive. They take pride in their work.

The activities at the hotel were phenomenal. We loved SUP yoga with Alejandra and craft making with Eduardo.

Dinners at Saltwater were excellent as was the octopus tostada at lunch.

We look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future.

Three weeks ago I stayed here looking for a quiet ultra-relaxing vacation getaway. Zoëtry more than delivered! The service was excellent, and the beach view was absolutely gorgeous! (If you’re looking for lots of excitement and boisterous activities, this is not the place for you. 😂) I must give special kudos to Rosalba, the hostess/manager at the seafood restaurant; she is exceptional and very accommodating! I can’t wait to return!

The service and food were spectacular. Went when it was adults only so it was a very quiet and relaxed vacation. Hugo was phenomenal at the Saltwater restaurant.

We booked a condo in the Vila del Sol building via VRBO. The room was very nice. The beach here is absolutely beautiful. We we’re pleasantly surprised by how few people weeds around. It felt more like a residential environment than a resort - in a good way! Super quiet.

The staff was amazing. Especially the servers at the pool and the concierge.
Pools were clean and lively. Fantastic experience and we hope to come back.

Beautiful boutique hotel and condos in the resort corridor section between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas! Not a mega resort style destination but great if you want a smaller scale and more personal service experience. All levels of Staff are very friendly and attentive. Multiple smaller pools to choose from and great views of the beach and ocean.

They already have the perfect ocean view but that wouldn't be enough with the service, food, room, facility wasn't just as great. And they do!
Beautiful gardens, pleasant atmosphere and the hospitality is beyond words.
Everyone is happy to be there but Miriam and Joaquim stood out for us.

Didn't stay there but we visited on a time share presentation. The rooms are amazing and the food is excellent. I'm definitely going to try to stay there the next time I visit Cabo

Stay at the residences for a better deal!! Hotel is great and staff is very amazing. Super safe and great pools.

They didn't show us the rooms because we didn't buy the time share, but the facility was very nice to see( free breakfast room. )

Beautiful property, pristine beaches and great views from the room. The service is excellent, the restaurant staff goes out of your way to keep you happy with the food - rare for an all-inclusive resort. The spa , Balinese beach bed and swim up pool bar were show stealers.

Awesome vibe. Very chill but fun. Rigo at the pool is the best waiter remembered our name all week and provided amazing service. Staff was friendly. Good was very good. Recommend! Only thing is would be nice to be adults only but does not really cater to kids

We had a wonderful time. Staff is so attentive and friendly. 2 restaurants, bar, and poolside bar. Beautiful, amd clean.
It's a bit remote, almost halfway between Cabo and San Jose del Cabo, so if you want to get out and about, highly recommend renting a car or you'll be paying a LOT for transportation. Beach is beautiful, but to dangerous for swimming.

This is a spectacular property in every way: its location, the staff, the food, the infrastructure, the rooms, everything.

We recommend this property if you want to have an unforgettable experience!

Suggestions:
- The hotel should install water filters to reduce the use of plastic bottles; I understand that it is a courtesy and is part of the excellent service, however, the use of plastic bottles is excessive.
- Regarding the gym, it has state-of-the-art machines, however, both guests and residents can use it, therefore, it gets crowded very quickly. Maybe it would be worth expanding it?
- It should be forbidden to reserve any pool lounger before returning to bed or heading off to a leisurely breakfast; we saw some guests getting up early to go down to the pool to save a chair with their beach towel. It should only be allowed to leave towels when guests want to use the chairs and not reserve them.

Our stay at the Zoetry Casa Del Mar in Los Cabos was nothing short of perfection! We have never been to an all-inclusive and took a chance based upon the reviews previously. You will find positive and negative on any resort but I can truly say we had an exceptional time!!!

The staff is the most kind hearted, respectful and helpful folks I’ve ever been served by. They seek perfection and that should be recognized.

Not to mention the resort is extremely well done, the decor (which I base my selection off of) is so serene and luxurious. It’s adults focused and meant to be relaxing! And that…it was!

Everything about the resort was top notch. From the shuttle that picked us up from the airport to the shuttle service that dropped us off at the airport was excellent. The view from our room was spectacular. Anytime we asked an employee about anything, we were greeted with a smile and a great attitude. Word to the wise, if you're in a hurry call up room service it is so fast and food is piping hot! Ordering at the restaurant is a very nice dining experience however it is for those enjoying the view so you will wait a while. There's nothing wrong with it just know that there will be a wait. In my opinion it just adds to the fine dining experience.

If you want to get in the water you will not be able to do that from Zoetry's beachfront. The water there is too dangerous. Every resort and hotel along that corridor are staffed with round the clock guards to prevent visitors from jumping in the water and injuring themselves or worse.
