Grand Velas

Loved our stay at the Grand Velas Cabo San Lucas. The employees are fantastic, they are eager to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are very large and beautiful with amazing views. Well-appointed decor with ample storage space. Excellent fitness centre with cold water and gatorade as well as fruit and assorted nuts for after your workout. The food was delicious, enjoyed room service multiple times! We were there for the President’s Circle conference in the insurance industry and the 3 evening dinner parties were fabulous. Gorgeous decor, entertainment and service, each one different to make it memorable.

I had an AMAZING time as a guest of Toyota's seas the day event that was held at the grand velas. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful, safe, professional and sympathetic experience. Fabulous food, fantastic service and attitudes from all staff that was encountered. They truly make you feel welcome and comfortable in this place while you stay. If you leave the resort and head into town and take an uber/taxi they make sure they make note of the driver and get their contact in case of emergency. They really have a solid protocol here and really make you feel as safe as possible. It also is worth noting that they are super kid friendly! They have a teen zone along with a kiddie zone which includes a mini water park/pool and a family pool 😁 there's something for everyone here! Also! So many iguanas roaming around it was so cool to see these awesome creatures lounging about and taking in the sun 😁 Much love to the grand velas!

We LOVED this new all-inclusive Grand Velas in Los Cabos that it is just breathtaking. It offers everything you want for a super relaxing and fun vacation. It has several restaurants and all are excellent. All the staff is top tier trained, and you feel it the moment you arrive. They arranged an airport transfer and picked us up in their brand new Cadillac Escalade with an awesome driver who is also one of the bellman! The architecture of the hotel is magnificent and is designed so that you feel the ocean breeze wherever you are on the property! We were assigned our own concierge, Eric, who texted us every morning to let us know the days activities and to ask what we needed assistance with, if anything, and checked in regularly throughout the day. The food in each of the 7 restaurants is amazing! It is a family-friendly hotel but also offers an adult only pool, which was very nice. Every room has a direct ocean view, so you can't go wrong! The location is also excellent and easy to get to. The all inclusive is for everything! (Room, food, drinks! Etc)..it is worth the price per night!

One of the best resorts in Mexico. Easy check in, easy check out, smiles on the faces of everyone who works there. Get used the term "It's my pleasure". It's certainly a fabulously , clean, safe and the views are spectacular! Spacious rooms with decks, air conditioning , coffee in rooms, cool splash pools etc etc. Bring your mosquito repellent and sunblock. Food located everywhere and drinks and sunbathing. Not sure there's better attitudes anywhere on the planet!

Gym, and the best spa with world renowned water therapy area made for royal family treatment. You must go to this place if you're looking for an outstanding vacation that you can't forget.

Wow! This resort did not disappoint. Everything from the service, to the food, to the rooms, to the grounds was the best! Blair was our concierge and was SO ATTENTIVE and beyond amazing! The only thing I would say to management is do not let private parties blast music you can hear across the resort u tim 10:30pm (this was several months ago). The kids club is next level! The staff is truly what makes it so amazing! We want to go back sooner just for our kids.

Uriel was our concierge and he was phenomenal. Hands down would recommend him. This location is about 15 from downtown, where you can shop. Everyone was so friendly at the resort. I highly recommend getting room service one morning and having breakfast on your balcony.

Fantastic place! The service was top notch...the food spectacular (Chef Hassan at Frida is AWESOME) and the rooms/views were more than we were expecting. Wife and I brought the kids and they are now spoiled for life :)

Absolutely beautiful setting and amazing staff. The food is not as good as it used to be but still decent.
The rip current at the beach makes swimming difficult and at times they red flag the beach. When it is calm it is really nice though.
I definitely would be coming back.

Wow! Best resort on Cabo. Can’t wait to return. Everything was top of the line & incredible. From start to finish the staff took excellent care of us. Our concierge Brandon went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions.
Our room was stunning with wonderful amenities we enjoyed the hot tub on our patio and the Dyson appliances. Our room was filled with delicious snacks, a great assortment of wine, tequila and the convenient Nespresso machine.
Our favorite restaurants were cocina de autor & velas 10.
The staff at this resort is truly incredible.
We were staying at the adults only boutique side and everyone there was super accommodating and kind. We split our time between the main hotel and the boutique side.
I had so much fun doing water aerobics with Karina. She is so sweet and so funny.
While poolside Marta went out of her way every day to make sure we were fed and hydrated. We enjoyed their classes and Israel one of their head bartenders was an amazing instructor at their tequila tasting class. He really made sure we enjoyed the process and taught me so much about tequila. I’ve never had such wonderful classes offered at our resort like I have at Grand Velas.
Florian who I believe is a manager was checking in on us to make sure everything met our standards and we were well taken care of.
We really enjoyed Pedro coming around with an ice cream cart to give us a sweet treat while we were sunbathing. And when having dinner at Coins de Autor Frida the bartender went out of her way to explain all the ingredients in one of my favorite drinks I’ve ever had. She made tequila taste so incredible and delicious that I had to go back for a second and third.
I’ve never stayed at an all inclusive resort that took such excellent care of their guest.
There were people coming by with trays of drinks, fresh fruit, and other delicious treats to make sure we were fed and happy.
I really love the infinity pools and cleanliness. If you’re looking for a luxury inclusive resort in Cabo grandes is the ultimate spot.

We stayed for 5 nights at this resort in Dec '23, and it was one of the BEST vacations we have had in our lives. Yes, it was quite pricey per night, but if you consider the quality of the experience, rooms, food and classes, as well as things like Tequila tasting, kids care, ocean view, etc...I think the high cost was fully justified. We would come back in a heartbeat. Also, our personal concierge, Abdias was outstanding, available on a quick notice, checked-in multiple times a day and provided the best recommendations we could have asked. Also many many thanks to the kids club team, especially Martha for taking such great care of our kid. We are very appreciative.

This trip was a gift from my best friend. She knows my obsession with sunsets. The most amazing Sunrise and Sunset of my life. Food and Services were perfect. Definitely returning we were treated like princesses. We felt so safe, as 2 females traveling to Mexico we knew we could enjoy the all inclusive and not worry. Our room was in the first floor near the lobby and was quieter than I had expected. Living in Vegas we are spoiled when it comes to service, we were spoiled.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of joining my friend, Jaylene, and her daughter to this lovely oasis - Grand Velas. We had spent a wonderful 6 days in the sun over Easter weekend at the beautiful resort. It truly was a 5 start experience from check in experience right until the moment we sadly left the resort. The food was better than any all inclusive we’ve known and the service was top notch. Special shout outs to several staff members on the Grand Velas team: our lovely concierge, Atenas, who responded to any query with promptness and professionalism; Pedro and Esteban at the pool - always greeted us with a smile and paid great attention to detail in their roles. These wonderful people and many others whom we did not mention, helped to create enjoyable memories of Cabo. We will definitely recommend Grand Velas to our friends and families for their future travels. On behalf of Jaylene and myself, thank you Grand Velas team for a memorable trip!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Service was top notch. All the staff was friendly and attentive. Best service I have ever got on vacation. rooms were beautiful, grounds were kept beautiful. Piaf restaurant was so good. All the others restaurants were good as well but Piaf was our favorite. The Buffett was just ok. Service was great but the food was just ok. We will definitely be back!!

The Grand Velas was so good. First off the check in was fast and easy. We also got a very nice personal concierge, his name was Blair (he was amazing). Blair helped us with every question and he was super helpful. After we checked in Blair took us straight to lunch, and it was amazing. The food was top notch; they had an amazing buffet with sushi, fish, burgers, and more. As for poolside lunch, we had a great experience. The first day was alright because the service was really slow, but the second day was amazing. I want to shoutout Jonathan who was working by the pool and was helping us with everything. He was so sweet, and he was always checking up on us. As for the dinners they were hit or miss. The steakhouse (Velas 10) was alright but the Mexican and Italian restaurants (Fridda and Lucca) were absolutely amazing. We had amazing service at Lucca and the manager was so welcoming and nice. He was having a conversation with us and he even made us a special table so we could sit outside. The breakfast at Azul was also really good, I loved the Crepes and the amazing buffet. One thing that could have been better at breakfast was the service; (the waters took 30 minutes to get). As for the property itself it was beautiful. The room was amazing and the lobby opened up straight to the ocean. Everything including the pools were so clean and it felt so luxurious. The kids club activities were really good and the staff member Carmen was really nice. Overall this resort gets a 910

Wow. Amazing service top to bottom. Terraced pools were perfect, with an adult only section that was great for our kidless trip. Activities galore and plenty of good food options. Very classy accommodations. We were treated exceptionally well the entire time. Our go-to spot next door, Mar Del Cabo, had construction going all day, so they upgraded us to a huge suite at the Velas. Very appreciative of the accommodation. Highly reccommended.

We had an amazing time at Grand Velas Los Cabos! I was at first nervous about going to an all-inclusive, as that often means there will be subpar food/service, but that was not the case. We have pretty high standards for cleanliness and food quality and Grand Velas Los Cabos not only met them, but they far surpassed them. Each restaurant we went to was better than the last. My wife is vegan, and the staff went out of their way to give her new and exciting dishes at each restaurant (sometimes the chef would come out to personally make dishes for her). The room was huge and spotless and the view of the ocean was stunning. We loved the pool area (this was one of our first trips where we literally just sat at the pool all day everyday and it was perfect). The spa was maybe the best spa we have ever been to (you have to try the hydro-circuit). We did fun activities such as Israel's Mezcal tasting. We had a personal concierge, Tony, who went out of his way to make our stay perfect. We will definitely come back!

Grand Velas is a beautiful resort - one of the nicest that I've ever stayed at. Everything from the food to the rooms to the drinks to the service was fantastic. If you end up here - sit at the adults only pool and ask for Cesar Avila to be your server! He served my wife and I poolside for a week and his service was top notch!

This hotel for me was perfect. Staff went out of their way to look after you, the food was top class and the rooms were very large. The site itself is also not that big so no need to spend ages walking from one place to another. Highly recommended

Came for a week for our honeymoon and stayed in a grand class corner suite. We were so impressed! The resort was beautiful, the room was huge & clean. The views were amazing and very romantic. They made us feel very special! If you have the pleasure of having Tony as your concierge or Carlos as your server at Azul, you’ll be set!
