Best very clean local restaurant in Puebla City centre, authentic Mexican food cheap good food and they have Victoria beer (Mexican Champange) best beer in the World.

Had delicious meal here. I had enchiladas verde and hubby has me mixiote. Yum.

Went back after a few years and the food is still great, I recommend the menu of the day you get soup, rice, a main dish of your choice, dessert and water for less than 6 euros. The food is delicious and is typical Mexican so there is not a lot of vegetarian options

I love this restaurant! The food is great and the service is exceptional. The festive decorations make a wonderful ambiance. I eat here several times a week and have always been very pleased with the quality of the food and the very courteous service.

Amazing little restaurant. The chicken avocado soup is superb. Ordered a perfectly cooked ribeye on a hot skillet with baked potato(9 usd). Highly recommend.

Delicious food with good portions. I recommend the atlixqueño soup and the tampiqueña. Prices are regular but it's worth it.

The restaurant La Mexicana has mexican traditional food in the menu, the enchiladas of three moles are delicious, but you most not forguet the dessert! you can try the buñuelo with tejocote honey with a good cup of coffee.

Estuvo excelente el sabor, comida típica de puebla, pero también hay variedad de otros platillos. Impecablemente limpio. Un impecable sazón., representa totalmente el corazón de puebla en su comida. Ideal para ir con familia, amigos, trabajo o solo. ❤❤❤. Te dan una entrada de aperitivo deliciosa... !!! Toralmente recomendable

Ofrecen paquetes de desayuno y menú de comida en horarios específicos pero el servicio a carta está disponible todo el tiempo. El sabor de las bebidas y alimentos es muy bueno, los ingredientes frescos y de buena calidad. El pan dulce es de lo mejor. El servicio es amable.

No está muy lejos del centro y los precios no están tan altos como en otros restaurantes de la zona (desde $50 hasta $300). La comida está deliciosa y el servicio es muy bueno. Ordenamos como entrada las chalupas y no me decepcionaron (en mi opinión, están más sabrosas las de salsa verde). El café lechero está sabroso y es de buen tamaño. El mole tenía un sabor dulce y muy exquisito al igual que el mixiote. Los baños estaban súper limpios.

Llegué por accidente a este restaurante Fonda la Mexicana en Puebla. Todo el desayuno estuvo muy bien y muy sabroso, el mesero Paco es un excelente mesero atiende muy bien y muy amable. Vale la pena que él los atienda en su visita aquí. Los desayunos son variados y muy buenos en precios. Visita la Fonda la Mexicana en tu visita a Puebla.
