Always a total pleasure. We love staying here everytime we come to Merida (which is often), hot showers, cool pool, comfy bed and great quiet but central location!!

Beautiful and luxurious hotel. The service was amazing. Very friendly and offered the signature coquito drink as we arrived. The room was magnificent. We were offered an upgrade to a beautifully room wit. It's own outdoor terrace. They even have an amazing rooftop bar. Thus is definitely a great place to stay if you are in the area

Great Location, right across from Hotel Boutique Mansion Lavanda which was really convenient. The room was small, but everything was amazing. They had Happy Hour at 5pm every night, where they serve wine, soft drinks, coffee and snacks (fruit, chips, cookies, etc). The filtered water bottles really saved us money from having to buy water in the city.
There's a few Starbucks and some cheap eats (99 cents pizza slice) near by.

We would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

The service is great, the colors are whimsical. Inner years is absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool and a resto were closed, yet still existent.. rooms are a bit dated, but everything is nice and clean. Windows opend into a hall, not to the outside, yet there are curtains. Art on the walls are tasteful. And oh the wite marble floors! This looked so fancy and I truly enjoyed this hotel. Thanks again to the kind reception workers - you are the best.
P.s. great tacos under 15 pesos at the square next door. Authentic street food - in case the restaurant is still closed.

I travel a lot, and look for small hotels like this wherever I go. This is one of the best I've seen. The room was small but beautifully done in a rustic, comfortable way, with a completely private terrace. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful, and were very patient with my broken Spanish. And their breakfast (a baked egg) was perfect.

Great rooms - each one unique.We used the Room for a small gathering. It is a beautiful space. The staff was very accommodating even opening the game room for us late at night.

We came across this hotel bringing our daughter to look at colleges in the city. We brought our 2 teenage children and our 2 rooms within a ""suite"" were perfect.

This hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I had a great meal in restaurant. Downtown Pittsfield has some great places to explore.

What an amazing hotel. Room was incredible. Looks like it may have once been an apartment building in the 1920s. Room was huge. Staff were all incredibly nice.

Hotel is old but special with a great center patio. Very central, 10 min from Cathedral and stores. Totally recommend it, but do not expect modern, enjoy it for what it offers

Great please to come to clean nice and cozy has a little breakfast area in front of your room it's something out of a movie kind of.

We checked in for a quick overnight stay. But the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating . And the shuttle service was absolutely lifesaver.

Room Layout and accommodations are very good for work & leisure. pool was great, rooms were fantastic. Front desk staff very kind and accommodating. Pleaure booking at your hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique Mansion Lavanda. gave us a very nice room and everything was perfect, the restaurant had excellent meals and we really enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend!
