Hotel Agua Escondida

This hotel is amazing, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful. Room was clean. I will definitely book again. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Nice hotel with an excellent location. Its much bigger than it looks from the outside. It is almost like a maze getting to the different areas. The pool is very nice with its own bar. There are plenty of terraces to take in the extraordinary view of the entire city.

Wow! We decided to stop in Taxco, on our way to Acapulco. And we fell in love with the city, the views just wow!
Also we mentioned to the stuff that is happens to be our anniversary, the next day we decided to go for breakfast, and they gave us a dessert just for us, while they played a romantic song just for us. 🙌🏻
I will come back to this hotel in the future for sure. Thank you!

Quiet and very pretty with great views, in a wonderful location. The property is very big and had lots of terraces that all overlook the cathedral. The rooms are comfortable, the staff nice, and the drinks sufficient. Great place to stay to explore the town.

The best! The service was amazing by each staff. The hotel was beautiful!! Amazing views! Great location. As soon as you step out of the hotel you are already in the town centro. The main cathedral is right in front. The front door is small but one your in you are in! ;)

Not sure how this can be a 1-star hotel... rooms are on the smaller side, but it's an excellent place to stay in Taxco. Right on the main square with valet parking available (70 pesos per 24 hours). Some rooms (those above the alleys) are noisier than others (facing the main terrace), and not all have king-sized beds, so that's worth asking for when making the reservation. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was superb.

Beautiful place. It has lots of charm, security is impressive. I felt safe and comfortable. Service was excellent. Food delicious. The only downside was that I went there when it was too hot and they don't have air conditioning... just an small fan and pool was under repair. Anyhow it's just a lovely and safe place.

Very nice hotel. Great food, nice big swimming pool with a Jacuzzi at one end with a spectacular view. There is so much to see in Taxco and there is a picture waiting around every corner. The only things I didnt like were; the bathroom in the room was really small and they only leave you 2 bath towels and a bath mat and the service in the restaurant was lacking, they don't ask you if you want anything to drink or refill your glass in a timely manner. Everything else was super!

What a great Vacation. I rented two rooms for our family of six. Both rooms were clean and the service was excellent. The best part about this hotel is its location. Right in the towns zocalo. Walking distance from many good restaurants. The pool was great. Nothing better than drinking a piña colada and taking in the rooms from the pool.

I fell in love with Taxco. What a beautiful town. It's like going back in time. The hotel is located in the center and is walking distance to plenty of bars, cafes, and markets. The building looks beautiful aesthetically, reminds me of a maze from the past.

The rooms are clean and well stocked. Clean sheets, nice showers. Room service is prompt and some of the front desk staff speak English well which is great for those of us who don't speak perfect Spanish. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options such as juice, eggs, soups, fruit, pancakes, chilaquiles, toast and much more. The staff is polite and helpful. There's a big pool with a Jacuzzi and a bar. Muy excelente!

Good hotel located in the city center of Taxco. The offer valet parking which is very convenient as manouvering through the streets in Taxco can be a bit of a mission.

They have a great view and pool area! If you come in the weekend, the pool can be pretty busy but if you stay during the week you could end up having it all for yourself. :)

I was at the rooftop bar called "La Terraza" it is the best rooftop in downtown. View, music, service, prices all of it and of course weather is perfect in Taxco. It's in the most beautiful ancient City that I've been to.

Felt welcome good service but no air con just fan in the room . Laundry facility added convenient.

Where do I start, staff specially Rosalinda were awesome, price, location, cleanliness and the food!!!! I will recommend anytime and have plans to come back, don’t waste your time / money on any other overprice place.
