Poor service. Never answered my phone call. After several attempts I was able to get a hold of someone and then was left on hold for more than 20 minutes.

Below standard water pressure several times a month I can't wash dishes, wash clothing for my kids, take a shower, the list goes on. Aside from that we have water lift stations that make the whole city smells like human waste. Is this LEGAL I pay just as much for water in LAREDO, TX as I do here in El Cenizo. I think it is wrong that these people get away with letting 4,000+ tax paying citizens live in this filth. Where is the leadership in all this? And to top everything I pay just as much for clean drinkable water in LAREDO, TX but, here for the same price I have to settle for contaminated water that is dangerous and unhealthy. Congressman? Senator? Mayor? What is being done about this??? This is negligence to U.S. Citizens Just because we live in smaller towns we shouldn't be ingnored #cleanwaterincenizoriobravo
