Service was fast and friendly. Staff was very nice. Food presentation was great and flavor was also delicious. The tlayuda istmeña appetizer was fresh and full of flavors. The canelones were a bit cheesy in my opinion but still tasty. The restaurant itself has a very nice decor and comfortable place to enjoy your meal

- large selection of wines and good Mexican wines,
- attentive staff and quality service,
- reasonable prices,
- beautiful interior and the staff here speaks English!

Fancy upscale restaurant in the historical district of Puebla. We had a late lunch around 2pm here. It was not very crowded. The ambiance was quiet and formal. The interior of the restaurant is very unique and nice. I ordered the Gorditas de Alberjon. The dish consisted of two gorditas and bone marrow along with corn and grasshoppers. The presentation of the food was very professional and appetizing to me. The grasshoppers to me tasted like stir fry ground meats. I loved it! I really appreciated how the chef took the time to present his dishes in a unique way unlike foods that I have had at fancy American restaurants. I would visit this establishment again if I visit puebla.

Food is great. They offer Western cuisine with Mexican flavors and native ingredients. The desserts are must-try.

The place also has a very good ambience.

This is a mixed reviews, and by that I mean I'm writing opinion by myself and my mom (as a vegan) and 2 other non-vegan family members that are with us here as well as vegan + non-vegan pictures.
The place: such an interesting great find in downtown Puebla!! Perfect location, and super nicely decorated with history as well (used to be an hacienda with a church style mural that's protected and safeguarded).
It's a very big place so can't there not being place to eat.
The people working there were really friendly and accommodating for us vegans in the lunch party.
They have quite a few vegetarian options and normal food as well.
You can order some of the vegetarian options as vegan dishes with dressing on the side or sans cheese. We had the cauliflower steak and the veggie mixiote which were both DELICIOUS!!!!!!! And the other 2 people had meat and fish I believe and both said it was equally delicious.
Prices are decent and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit the city, I'm a true Poblana so I can vouch for the flavors in this restaurant :)

Beautiful restaurant with amazing architecture in downtown Puebla. Service was great and food was good. Had the special Chili Nogada. My second time here and although higher priced would definitely return again.

Found through Google search for restaurants in Puebla. The most expensive restaurant we’ve eaten at in Mexico but well worth it. Excellent ambience, service and fusion food. Had the poblano soup, cauliflower steak and chicken mole

The BEST Mole I have ever had. I have tried the dish so many times and never liked it until I found Entre Tierras. Excellent! Would recommend it over other popular restaurants in town.

As a non local, i was astounded by the hospitality, and the care given. The food esp the Mole with rice and the main course was fantastic( i wish i could remember the name , it was a dish dash of stir fried vegetables and some fried items). I visited the place 6 years ago and still have excellent memories. When a friend visited Mexico, and by sheer chance Puebla, i recommended this place. Happy to hear it had not lost its charm.

As a vegetarian, Mexico has plenty of options for me to enjoy. The Chef at the time ensured that i was not lost selecting the menu and calmly translated a few things.

Chef , and the staff there, i won't forget the kindness shown and excellent drinks you kept pouring till the time my friend (a local and apparently a regular there) got there. You made a traveler feel home.

Been in Mexico for almost a month now and this was some of the best food I’ve had. Delicious mole and great service!

We had an early dinner here after walking around the city many hours. The waiter guided us to a wonderful salad of local greens, a delicious light soup and a large hummus bowl with pita bread. After eating a lot of heavy Mexican food, this more delicate, flavor-focused and healthy meal was a delight. The meal showed careful preparation. Excellent service from waiter who spoke good English.

Delicious food.... Best Authentic Mole poblano I ever had... The sangria was delicious too.

First I would like to say that we have visited this place for a very special occasion which was organized separately from the restaurant service, that means we did not received the normal service as if you were just a normal customer who would like to have casual dinner, that being said, the service was excellent, and food was awesome. I won't get to much into detail about food or drinks because I believe we didn't eat or drink what is available as usual, but I must mention that this place is really cozy and sort of elegant. They have a very good variety of wines and drinks. I will definitely come back to this place to experience the usual service they offer.

I returned here after a memorable meal 5 or 6 years ago and was not disappointed. Each dish I had looked beautiful and tasted even better. There's a respect for good fresh regional ingredients, and traditional recipes are thoughtfully interpreted. Leave room for one of the creative desserts.

The La Casona with eggs was delicious!

Super place with near Michelin level food. Started with a lovely amuse bouche and then had soups and salads. Excellent all round. Finished with a light dessert and artisanal ice cream which was outstanding. All local food and organic at very reasonable prices and terrific service. Highly recommended.

One of the best places in Puebla. With lot of vegeterian options. Also, the Guacmole icecream they serve at the begining is out of the world. I would have eaten just the ice-cream as whole meal. But they didn't let me. Tried Cauliflaover steak (vegeterian). Really well done. Friendly and attentive staff
