Fantastic hotel and great staff. We had a small balcony, nice big room, and comfy beds. Great shower. Staff spoke great English and helped me arrange a rental car. Overall one of the best hotels stays I have experienced. Can't recommend enough. The small room on the main floor was a little loud (we stayed over an extra day and that was the only room available).

Lovely place to stay in Merida! Small scale and very attentive service and excellent breakfast. We slept by the garden which made the two nights great!

Free breakfast is much better than expected. Prepare yourself a little more time to enjoy it.
The pool area can feel much different too if you come in the early morning. It's a buzziling time for the flying creatures.
The parking garage is half a block away but the assistant would walk ahead of you to show the place.

We stayed here in mid February and were very pleased with our choice. The property is beautiful, our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything at Casa Italia is first class. Most importantly, the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. This hotel treats its guests like family, which is high praise indeed in the hospitality industry. When we return to Merida, this will be where we will stay. We recommend Casa Italia without reservation!

Very friendly staff in this nice small boutique hotel. Design is very thoughtful and both traditional and modern at once. Great use of lighting and greenery.

Staff gave us tips how to best do a flamingo tour to Celestun and arranged a taxi at 7am. Allowed us to check-in early after a night bus, which was bliss.

Some friends from out of the country were visiting me, and I needed to find them a place to stay. Finally I chose this place because I wanted them to have the experience of staying in a Yucatecan casona, plus its in the historic center of Merida. They absolutely loved their stay at Casa Italia Yucatan. Their rooms were cozy, and despite the hotel being fully booked at the time I didn't get that "hustle and bustle" feeling I get from larger hotels. I give them 5 stars because when I got sick and couldnt play host to my friends, the staff were amazingly helpful organizing excursions and activities for my friends, some of which I didn´t even know existed in the state. Definitely recommend.

If you look to be away from main chain hotels in Merida, CIY is your hotel, extraordinary service on a quiet and enjoyable atmosphere. Rooms big enough with comfy beds to keep on sleeping for hours. It's location is key as it is only two blocks away from the main avenue .

Small boutique hotel, with the nice room I've even stayed at. Nothing much to look at from the outside; but, warm charm inside. Breakfast was very good, and the service was excellent.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte e la nostra esperienza complessiva è positiva. Struttura molto carina, in generale buona dotata di parcheggio gratuito privato a 20m. Reception chiude alle 22, personale attento e cortese ma inglese da migliorare. Non troppo ben segnalata su strada in quanto incastonata tra altre strutture.

Vastuvõtul administraator ei osanud inglise keelt. Tuba oli suur ja puhas. Lisaks mõnus väike rõdu. WC-pott susises, lisaks mingi müra katusel aeg-ajalt - seotud sooja veega vist. Hommikusöök oli tellimise alusel - teenindaja andis omad soovitused (inglise keeles) ning see oli väga maitsev. Basseine ei jõudnud kasutada.

El lugar muy agradable,el desayuno muy bien al igual que la atención,está un poco lejos del centro 20 minutos caminando, aún que por otra parte a 3 cuadra de paseo Montejo, es un hotel pequeño muy recomendable

Habitación limpia y cómoda, lugar tranquilo, el personal súper amable. El desayuno muy rico.

Me encanto el lugar, es muy bonito, limpio, la alberca es ideal para descansar, las camas son cómodas, la atención del personal es súper amable, la comida fue deliciosa y bastante llenadora, está bien ubicado y en general me encanto, volvería muchas veces más 10/10

Dit is een fantastisch hotel. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamers zijn goed en het ontbijt is geweldig.
