Very happy with everything. The people who work here are really friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Only note is that they seem to love cold colour grade light bulbs in Mexico so the place feels a bit sterile at night.

10/10 experience. Spacious rooms, warm shower, lovely pool area, delicious breakfast with a variety of options, free secure car park, super close to the centre and very affordable. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Merida.

It’s a good hotel with excellent service. Just beware that wifi can go down during storms. Otherwise great value and comfort.

The hotel staff were very friendly! I found the hotel to be very clean and serviced very well. I felt the breakfast could be better, but I would stay here again. I was in the back of the hotel where it was very quiet.

Very nice hotel with a very clean pool 5 min walk away from the main square. Our room was big and clean and the staff was lovely. They also work with local guides for organised tours. Breakfast was also included and delicious

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Water in shower was either cold or very cold. Only time we had hot water was early morning. Room AC worked great but keep in mind hallway is not air-conditioned. Restaurant had great breakfast and bar came in handy for water and drinks.

House keeper done amazing job for the room, receptionist, waitresses, and all the staff were lovely and helpful. The shower at the pool area have shower gel to use before entering the pool. One of the best shower we had in Mexico. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you... I went to 8 hotels before choosing Maria Jose! And I stayed in some 5 stars hotels in Mexico... this hotel is way better than any of those! Clean, super clean! Great breakfast (can get crowded), beautiful pool and the most amazing is staff!

Maria and Israel at the reception was super nice and professional. Everyone, kitchen staff, bell man and even manager were so accommodating and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

If I ever come back to Merida this would be no brainer, staying here again 100%! Thank you guys!

I had to stay here for a couple nights since the power was out on the street I live on. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Fast internet connection. The breakfast was excellent too.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Breakfast is from 7am-10am. Breakfast is filling and has a good variety of options. Pool in the courtyard was nice, ask the front desk for the pool towels. Walking distance from a bunch of restaurants and the Plaza Grande.

Stayed at this hotel on several occasions. Unbeatable price for what you get. Very clean, comfortable, nice pool and lovely public areas. My only complaint would be a coffee machine in room and mini bar. 😉

Tasty breakfast included. Free iced tea or coffee in reception area. Friendly reception and cleaning staff. Comfortable night sleep, clean room and swimming pool. Would book again if we return.

Great location. Lovely clean rooms at very reasonable prices. Good restaurant on site and many other eating options close by. Excellent service.

Lovely place, staff is so gently. Beds are good, air condition, very close to Merida's downtown.

I only went to visit a friend staying at the hotel, yet, I saw everything perfectly clean and all the personnel at the front desk was very nice and friendly.

Amazing deep tissue massage by Gina! She really knows how to identify muscle aches and get rid of them.

A nice hotel, worth more than the price and very clean. I will like to visit again.
