We had a great time, food was amazing, the Cenote is definitely something to see. I personally recommend the private tour, less crowded.

We visited this beautiful cenote as part of an official TUI tour from Playa del carmen.
The cenote itself is outstanding. Clean and well maintained paths, steps and entryway.
The showers are adequate and the bar serves local food and drinks.
The water is about 21 degrees-refreshing after the heat of Chichen itza.

Beautiful Cenote (underground natural pond), with good restaurant aside and nice clean and spacious dressing room with lockers and restrooms. Not crowded.

Put on a life jacket and just floated and gazed at the massive cavern I was in. Water is around 10 - 15m deep. Relatively warm water (22C I think). Completely unforgettable experience

Visited as part of the TUI experience package. Was out of this world how beautiful and breath taking this cenote is.
Please make sure you bring bathing clothes and a towel (and flip flops as the path is hot and stoney).
Totally recommend swimming and immersing yourself in the fresh water here.

Just as a footnote, no leeches, just some small fish here. Water is cool but warm once in. Life jackets provided if wanted but not required.
A traditional buffet is also served here which is brilliant!

A must see!

Visited today as part of a Tui excursion. The cenote was amazing.. lovely and cool, a refreshing break from the heat.

We also had lunch, which was also amazing and the staff were very kind and courteous.

You have to shower before entering but the facilities were on point. Lockers and changing rooms available but would recommend a towel.

Will definitely be going again.

We have been to at least 40 cenotes all over the yucatan and quintana roo and aqua dulce and palomitas are our favorite. They are stunning and unique. Must visit! The people working there are very nice too. Both cenotes we had to ourselves :). 180 pesos per person per cenote

My group of 3 was lucky enough to have this magnificent cenote to yourselves near the end of the day. The floating wooden staircase is a sight to behold and the reflections of the rock formations in the water unbeatable.

Water is cold and deep but fun to swim in! Food at the restaurant gives a home cooked feel with authentic Mexican flavours!

Simply amazing. Was to finish off trip to Chichén-Itza, welcome splash in refreshing water. Never swam in a Cenote before and now look forward to our next experience.

Super crystal clear water…cold for my taste but defiant refreshing after a hot walk at the Chichén Itzá.
Great buffet offered…but keep en eye for overpriced souvenirs and local products.

Beautiful and breathtaking; stalactites are really creepy and wonderful! Not too many people (we were the only two people there for awhile), friendly service. Totally worth the trek!

An experience that seems truly unique to Mexico. My expectations were low as this was one of the reasons for coming and having seen various photos of different cenotes, I was blown away by the scale of it.
None of my photos do it justice is the only disappointment 😞

We got there early so we had both cenotes completely to ourselves. It was about 11 before anyone else showed up.

Swimming in the underground cenote is definitely an experience. And don't worry, the water is not freezing cold, just refreshing ;-) .
We also enjoyed a tasty lunch buffet with a large choice of local dishes. On top of that, the facilities are clean with showers and lockers available.
We visited this cenote as part of an excursion organised by TUI so we can't comment on entry fees.
