Parque de la Madre

I really enjoyed having my morning Starbucks coffee at this serene and peaceful park. Many comfortable benches and shade trees make this park a relaxing place. The walking-vendors weren't too annoying. I recommend applying bug spray if you're wearing summer attire (:

Nice place to sit and relax. Restaurant and small shops nearby. Lots of vendors will approach bit a simple, no gracias, will allow them to check other ppl. However, they might have something useful for you! It's a small sitting area with older wooden benches.

This is the place to get a good Panamá hat or an original Yucatán one. Just look for Don Jorge (see my pics), he's always there evenings on the 60th street like 40 meters before the red light. I've got the best prices and quality after asking in man, shops in Yucatán... No necessary to bargain, really 😉

This is a place with many "marquesitas" (kind of Yucatán Crêpes) wagons.. The best mix is cheese with cajeta or Philadelphia with banana...

Bonito parque en un lugar muy céntrico, en el que se puede disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el buen ambiente.

Tanto de día como de noche, es aconsejable. Al no tener juegos infantiles se nota que es un parque frecuentado más por adultos.

Tiene diferentes bancos y una estructura central para sentarse a descansar, charlar con los amigos, etc.

En la parte del parque que da a la calle, siempre hay puestos de artesanías, recuerdos, etc. Muy chido todo la verdad…

Es un parque que cuenta con sombras los días de más calor, gracias a sus árboles que quitan ese ahogo y asfixia.

Es recomendable realizar un breve recorrido por los diferentes parques del centro, ya sea en bici o andando.

Junto al Parque de la Madre se encuentra la Iglesia de la Tercera Orden. Para aquellos quienes tienen un gusto por el arte sacro, en esta iglesia encontrarán hermosas imagines, pinturas, y el edificio en si es hermoso.

Un lugar muy bonito, limpio y con ambiente agradable para platicar, a un costado hay cafeterías y restaurantes, se ubica a aproximadamente a 4 cuadras del centro de Mérida

Un lugar para relajarse, sentarse a leer un libro, disfrutar un rato de sombra y suave brisa, quien lo desee puede pasar a la iglesia. Tipo 4pm empiezan a pasar las carretas decoradas que hacen paseos a los turistas.

Un parque muy lindo para venir a relajarse y pasarla bien en pareja y/o familia

En ese parque hay un gran artista pictórico con una técnica muy particular con el color y sus texturas ... definitivamente hay que pasar a comprar algo por ahí de gran talento chilango se llama Leo ! Vean sus cuadros!👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Un parque muy tranquilo, con mucha historia, estavalado de una iglesia que está muy bonita, para aprovechar y visitarla .

Monumento dedicado a la madre, bonito y bien cuidado, está muy hermoso.
Por la tarde noche llega un puesto de marquesitas súper deliciosas, me encantó el sabor, la textura muy crujiente.

Un lugar muy bonito para descansar un rato.
