Las Hadas by Brisas Manzanillo

This place is exceptional. I was in Manzanillo to inspect a ship at the port. I decided to stay here due to the number of 5 star reviews. The rooms are very spacious and meticulously clean. The buffet is delicious and the atmosphere defines a vacation resort. Also, I don't speak Spanish. I had no problem navigating the facility. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Property is beautiful. Great service on the beach from Alejandro Guzman! Very peaceful and great for families.

Excellent full service resort with beautiful beach and marina and fantastic dining choices.

We loved spending our honeymoon here in 2018. If you can get the suite highly recommend. The food is great too. And the location is perfect. We went in april and it was quiet, beach to ourselves. We love it and highly remember it to this day!

Erica!!! at el palmar breakfast is the best 10 star lady !!! The rooms are not very wheel chair friendly. We came here with my wife an a 6 month ankle replacement an the stairs an rocks are not ankle friendly

It's a beautiful, calm environment. We are very pleased with the attention. We had breakfast at the buffet every morning and our waitress Miriam Erika was very attentive to our needs. She is great, Muchas Gracias por tu atencion a nosotros. I

I highly recommend this resort if you’re looking to relax and unwind. A lot of families with children. Beautiful spot for couples of you don’t mind all the kids around. Many Restaurants and bars to choose from. I don’t recommend it for elderly or bad knees to many stairs and a lot of walking. Other then that. Beautiful rooms spacious and beautiful pool and beach and hotel.

Our AC was broken and always freezing! But the service all over the resort was wonderful! Except for reception. The ladies were nice but the men were always really rude.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at! The property is just amazing and scenic. It is a photographer's dream. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

- rooms were amazing we reserved 3 rooms. They all had amazing beach views with a terrace and lounge chairs. They were clean and updated.

-The pools were great plenty of room, with swim up bar. Kids pool was also available.

-Beach was by far the best part. The beach was clean and it was long and had plenty of little cabanas that were free. The water was amazing Crystal clear warm water. Service was amazing the waiter was constantly checking on us if we needed any drinks.

Food was the only thing that I felt could have been a little better. The sea food restaurant Los Delfines was amazing everything was incredible, but breakfast and lunch at the other restaurant was very short on options and food was not up to standards of the rest of the amenities in my opinion.

I had the absolute best experience here. We came for my best friend’s wedding and stayed a few extra nights. So glad we did because the ambience is gorgeous, the food is exceptional, but nothing compares to the service I received from the staff. Luz served us at breakfast and for the wedding and she is an absolute sweetheart. Roberto in the piano bar always made sure our glasses were refilled before even asking. Also a great person to talk to. Juan Carlos (aka Charlie) brought our food poolside to us, as well as our drinks too. And Javier was also of assistance whenever we needed it. And another great person to talk to. I left feeling like they were all my friends. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Resort is very clean with great staff, food was excellent, beach is clean and the golf course is challenging. We had several people with us on the trip and absolutely no complaints from any. Any issues that arose were handled quickly and the resolution was complete. Wish to thank all the staff as well as the management that made our stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Eduardo [food and beverage manager], Jamie [the course pro], Martza [the manager that handled all of our wishes] and Angel the resort manager that check with us every day to make sure everything was perfect.

I really enjoyed the hotel. the animation activities are excellent, Pepe my namesake is extraordinary, I saw a very hard-working person everywhere. Thank you very much for everything, congratulations on the quality of the service see you soon Pepe !!

Everything has been enjoyable at this hotel. The breakfast is amazing, lunch appetizers and dinner are delicious. Ricardo at El Palmar was attentive the whole time. We can wait to come back in a few months!

Las Hadas was beautiful. The grounds are well maintained, the beach is very private and beautiful. The pool is perfect and the service is amazing. The food is wonderful and there is no shortage of options. The service alone was wonderful. Wish we spent more time here. Rosie, Fernando and Angie, Jandy were amazing. ❤🏖 💛

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY Beautiful! The staff is amazing and always at our service! Mr. Luna provided great information of all the programs and events throughout the resort! Highly recommended 🤩 we were mainly at the Coco Loco area but everything is amazing 🤩

Very nice and friendly staff, good service. The room was clean, we actually got our room upgraded without knowing. Had dinner at the Delfine's Restaurant, great atmosphere. Our waiter Ricardo was very nice. Made our dinning very enjoyable.

Erica at El Palmar (breakfast) is the best!!! She’s attentive and has an awesome personality!

Really good place to stay. Very beautiful, calm and next door to nature. I love the services especially the breakfast is super delicious. There is a lady named Erika she is so helpful and kind in nature. I would recommend this place.
